Another week in Kinshasa, this time I’m testing out a home cosmetic remedy for my honey brand. I ate a delicious grilled goat! I went to a cafe in the city that I love, and altogether, feeling tired but grateful.

Hey.. I'm also Congolese with super sensitive skin and psoriasis. Best advice for your skin that helped me is.. Reducing meat, dairy, carbs and sugar intake. Everything starts from the inside.
No way!!!! I cut out processed foods, I mostly eat fish now, but dairy I struggle especially goat cheese & halloumi & goma cheese (so good)!!! But honestly you’re right
I find exposing myself to the sun helps, no?
@@nohemiemawaka Yh for sure.. Ever since I started living in tropical climates I've seen improvement. Probably because of genetics... I'd love to go to Congo and see what my grandfparents used to eat. Love your channel btw and when I do touch down in Kinshasa I'd love to connect :)
