Il y’a trop de bâtiments abandonnés à Gombe et beaucoup trop de maisons à 1 niveau. Le gouverneur doit mieux réglementer tout ça c’est pas normal. Pourquoi ne pas les revendre à des promoteurs immobiliers ou faire des squares.

Sans qu'il explique moi j'ai compris ce qu'il fait, il es congolais mais vivant aux USA là il parle plus aux congolais vivant à l'étranger et beaucoup son L'US à l'aise avec l'anglais voilà pourquoi il parle souvent anglais, l'objectif je ne pense pas que ce soit vraiment pour nous ici à Kinshasa ces vidéo, Parce-que pour commencer ces hôtels ne sont pas vraiment pour nous mais pour les visiteurs venant des l'étranger, nous nous avons nos maisons, vous devez comprendre le concept des choses avant de commenté, moi j'ai compris sans qu'il me le dise

L’hôtel Hilton il est mieux, je préfère payer plus cher et être dans de meilleur condition mais même 360$ la nuit sa reste tout de même cher damn !
Je ferai aussi quelques hôtels ici à Kinshasa où les prix sont plus abordables, pour donner une idée des différents prix et de la différence de la standing. Oui, ce genre d’hôtel restera cher à Kin jusqu’à ce que y ait plus de concurrence
Pourquoi au Congo tout est so expensive while l’économie du pays n’est pas du tout bon? Même vous réservez en avance comme ça se fait en Occident,le prix serait toujours exorbitant.

Merci pour le reportage, mais Kin mawa plein, tala état ya ba nzela, n'a bosoto, ba politiciens congolais balingaka mboka wana te.
Abordable, chic et moderne. Le standard international de chaine d'Hotel Accord est respecté. Axe d'amelioration? Le style vestimentaire des agents d'acceuil est peu attractif et ces derniers devraient apprendre a plus souriant/chaleureux

Looks like parking is lacking in case you bring your own vehicle 3. Pros/Cons vs. Hilton (si possible)? + 12:22 Gotta love the shout-out! :) :) :)😀👍
1. The room/bed confort was excellent. They have blackout curtains which I love! 2. To be brutally honest, the quality of the breakfast was mediocre. The sausages and potatoes were cold. It was a soft opening, so they need to improve 3. They safety of the area is good because there are several police officers in the area, one in front of the hotel entrance and several security guards and there’s a metal detector and scanning machine everybody has to go through before entering the hotel. The Hilton is a much bigger hotel with a larger lobby, so we can’t really compare. The NOVOTEL is nice overall, very cozy and elegant design, and the NOMADS restaurant is very beautiful though I was impressed with the quality of the food. But as I said, they can always and need to improve. But the service was excellent

Je ne sais pas prq mais cet hotel ne m'impressionne pas : ca ressemble fort aux hotels de la chaîne Arccor question mobilier et decor mais avec un prix exorbitant de surcroît. Par contre , comme toujours, chapeau bas pour la vidéo. Merci bcp.

The Congolese 🇨🇩 Franc is the national currency, but you can pay with US dollars 💵 or credit cards 💳. It easier for the international viewers if I just tell the price in dollars.
