Ohhh this is a tough question! To be fully transparent the first land we got it for $50/hectare only to find out they lied to us about the hectares sold.
The second land they heard about us, and quadruple the price is $200/hectare.
Dealing with chef coutumiers and community members is brutal, please get a credible mediator
