@richardcarter1000 what is your take on the Vantage vs F355 ownership experience? I had a Vantage for nearly the same period and experience you did as a DD and many track days. I had always listed after an older Ferrari and was very close to buying a 550 at the time, but I wanted the piece of mind of parking without worry, durability to tolerate track days, etc. Come to find out the V12 Ferrari's are nearly bulletproof.
One of the best looking cars ever made. Worth trying to stretch to a 4.7 if feasible - sits a little more comfortably in this day and age performance-wise and gives respectable if not mindblowing zip. Both engines sound amazing. Absolutely agree that for the money it's a ton of car.
Definitely. I went from a TVR Chimaera 450 to a Vantage. I'm really glad I opted for a 4.7 litre 430bhp Vantage S, but even then in some situations it doesn't feel any quicker than my old TVR. I'm sure I'd have found the 4.3 too slow.
Great review with the right decision! I have a MY2016 V8V and adore it! You'll definitely spend a lot of time in garages filling her up, but then you get to walk back to her across the forecourt and gaze at those curves
Aston every time. I ran a Vantage like that as a daily for 3 years and 38k miles. It was wonderful, no real issues. The sound and feel is very special

I think I would rather this over a new car! It still looks amazing even by today’s standards 😎
Definitely agree!
An excellent effort lad, well done.👍
Thank you Keith!

£700 a year tax isn't all that much really, about £2 per day.
