    When you think of all the big players from the early 2000's that have disappeared, it's pretty incredible that these 2 are still battling for bracelets. So impressive that they have managed to keep pace with all the youngsters.

Negreanu, Ivey and all this millionaires nowadays plays just for ego. Tony G went to cyprus and won the triton super high roller series just to scream louder "im the best". Can someone explain why Daniel doesnt have a straight flush @5:12? I know it has to be an Omaha rule but would like to know what that rule is.

    • @mingi1489
      @mingi1489 3 года назад

      In Omaha you have to use to 2 cards in your hand so in that case Daniel has to use the 7 3 of diamonds for the flush
      So it’s 10 9 8 7 3 flush

      You have to use exactly 2 of your hole cards to make the hand, so you can’t use all 3 of your KK8. Best you can do is use KK with 88 on the board for 2 pair.

      In Omaha you MUST use TWO cards in your hand. In order to make a flush he had 7 3 in order to make the straight flush he could only use the 7. Cant do that. He needs to use two cards from his hand.

    • @barscus
      @barscus 3 года назад

      In PLO you get 4 hole-cards, but to make a hand it's a rigid structure of 2 from hand and 3 from board. It's not like Hold'em where you can freely combine any board and hole-cards. So Bleznic has trip 8's with a K kicker.
