I have at least two notebooks at a time. One for long-term goals and another for short every day steps for reaching goals. 60% of my life I guess i m using it but still half of everyday tasks are not checked in(( then it obviously affects long-term goals and once in two months i m falling into freeze-mode for 1-2 weeks( sometimes more) where “i m slowly dying from procrastination and underachievment- pain”. which of course doesn’t help at all with reaching results.
i ve discovered recently adhd and first reaction was “no way! i was student with excellent grades!” but then more and more of researching and studying and well... I guess I need right treatment. Projects cannot finish themselves and they are like scary demons reminds of themselves and reminds of my constant failure(( I wish though they would finish themselves lol but its unrealistic unless i would delegate them to someone. Which also impossible as there are no resources for that.
Urgh i m in viscous cycle and that realization makes me so depressed

Aeri- It sounds like you are off to a good start using the notebooks. Remember, that it is a process and even if you aren't using the strategies 100% of the time, that is ok. Recognize even the tiniest gains and often this can strengthen those actions! Stay tuned- more helpful strategies will be coming out. Thanks. Dr. Shapiro
