Well, this depends on so many different things and I would need to know more about how you're doing it now. But, I can say that messaging and targeting are critical. We have a lot more success using "warm" audiences than cold. We upload existing customer lists to FB to create Custom and Lookalike Audiences from them. Use as much first-party data as you've got. Many wineries combine their tasting room point of sale system, and their e-commerce with wine club management using a tool such as Commerce 7. You should definitely check them out. But, you can also manage wine club memberships and communications with any good CRM tool. I personally love Hubspot. Hope this helps!
