Having just purchased the M4P, it's had 4 updates in 3 weeks. Each time I setup to fly, there is another update, one of which included the P mode issue from the N mode. Reading the DJI forums have given less product and flying confidence with each update DJI puts out. Have completely lost confidence in the integrity and safety of this DJI Mini 4 Pro with RC2 product. Still being in the Amazon return window, the Mini 4 Pro is being returned. I bought the drone to have fun not to get wrapped up in all the DJI update/firmware/software drama. Too much distraction to enjoy flying the experience the drone offers for $1100.
Waypoints are very good step on the way but Im finding some thinks nad. Firstly isnt possible prepare flight in PC and screen is too small. Secondly isnt tool how share best flights and finally isnt possible use inteligent modes as a bumerang atc. Add it and product will be absolutly the Best.
On September 22, my drone DJI Air 3 crashed due to a system glitch. but I'm still waiting for the test result to confirm that this is a warranty issue. support no longer responds to email within 10 days! In the online chat, support refuses to help and cannot provide any information so that they can respond to my letter, citing the fact that I am from Ukraine. but I have repeatedly explained that I bought the drone in Germany, the accident was in the Dominican Republic, I am now in the Dominican Republic, I will send it to Germany for warranty repairs. the operator understands this, but still refuses to help.
This desperately needs to be updated. This feature is useless if moving. Your drone will go back to its original takeoff point. Bad news on water or if tracking a vehicle. Seems simple to update firmware. Currently you have to manually update home point. Doesn't make sense..IT HAS GPS!

does rth still have the obnoxious beeping? we used to be able to stop the beep, but then you updated it to pause

Does the RC N2 (without the screen) also show that "H" icon as well as the green path back on RTH or is that feature only on the one with the screen.
