I think that in the Latino community, since many are already of Christian background and there is a lot of financial uncertainty and unrest, it makes them more susceptible to cults. On top of that we tend to have lots of kids, so more kids are indoctrinated. I think the Hispanic/Latino community in jw isn’t going to decrease anytime soon.
Facts. But I don't think it's a financial thing. Being poor is a badge of humility for latinos. Dude, remember when our circuits used to just be our circuits? Now they're bunching up as many people and making them all international so they can make them look full. It's just like they're closing Kingdom Halls and shoving a bunch of people in the same Kingdom Halls so they look full too.
I remember one of the last conventions I went to I ate an edible in the morning. It kicked in relatively quick and I had a case of the giggles. I had to step out to my car until I was able to contain myself. Later, my buddy who was also pimo texted me after the intermission if I wanted to go get a beer with him. We went to a crappy dive bar that was nearby the assembly hall. Probably the most fun I ever had at a convention. 😂
