Man, this one is hard to decide on because Gen 3 looks taxing and powerful, Gen 4, especially on HGSS looks phenomenal, especially with that intense white background, Gen 5 had that explosion at the end, which dang, i love and Gen 7 has all those colors and forceful explosion of energy at impact 🤔
*My Psycho Boost Review!* RSE/FRLG: very psychedelic! The backdrop is super trippy, but the move doesn’t look all that powerful. DPPt: now this is powerful! Deoxys is basically inhaling all that psychic energy and then unleashing it! Love the background, and I love the red circles that hit the foe. HGSS: ok this background is BADASS. The white space is so glaring that it really looks intense. A better version of the sinnoh animation. BW: a sped up and intense version of the Sinnoh game! It’s awesome, but I liked the white backdrop from HGSS better. Backdrop doesn’t look very psychicy. B2W2: this backdrop is better! The pink explosion in the backdrop really makes it feel more psychic-esque. XY/ORAS: looks like an ultra powerful psychic type move! The huge psychic energy firing at the foe looks awesome! SMUSUM: ok this one is AWESOME as well. the purple energy ball looks stunning, and when it hits the foe that purple explosion is incredible. Overall favourites: HGSS and SMUSUM
Gen 3 Psycho Boost could've been Psychic tbh. I really love Gen 7 Psycho Boost cuz it looks so violent but the HG/SS version looks impressive aswell. Well since you did Psycho Boost how about Psytrike for the next vid?
Gen 3 psycho boost looks plain. And it’s my first time to watch gen 4, 5, and 7’s animation lol obviously i dnt really use deoxys cuz it’s frail, despite the good stats. The later generations have good animation display. I guess gen 4 is my fave.
honestly, imo every psycho boost animation kind of sucked until gen 7, gen 6 is kinda okay but the ball of energy looks rotated the wrong way and it bothers me a bunch, and all of the others just don't seem as powerful, though that might just be because i pretty much don't like any move animation in generation 3 to 5 aside from ones like earthquake and maybe a few others
Gen 4 had badass animation and sound but misses the impact Gen 5 had the impact but missed the badass sound Gen 7 looks like the anime and also very badass
