My eldest daughter is 47 if its any of your business and is an environmental scientist who has travelled the world running projects for women in awful situation. She is the Mother of my grandsons. My second daughter paid her way through law school with money she had saved as a waitress and carer and has been a Solicitor for 7 years. My third daughter suffers with chronic migraines and yet worked her way up to become an executive in the aviation industry, and my youngest, yes youngest who is 30 has suffered with crohns since the age of 9 and has studied in hospital and past 12 GCSEs, has had multiple surgeries but still passed top of her Access to Social Science course, and is now studying Politics, Sociology and Social Policy at University. I have cared for my youngest daughter, alone, for 20 years without a day off. I have also studied and passed a law degree and am a born again christian as are three of my daughters. So no, that answer to your truly impertinent 'question' is no. My daughters are beautiful, intellligent, resourceful, amazing women and you need to a) learn some manners and b) think about asking questions before judging what you know nothing about. I am a single Mum and I am proud to say I have a family I am bursting with pride in. My grandson beat Dyslexia and ADHD and is studying law, sociology and english at sixth form, and my youngest, only seven, is mad about archeology. Any further questions about my family's fitness to enjoy the amazing songs of this man, and we will none of us comply, and we - all women - are all fighting for justice in our seperate fields. I think that it's absolutely wonderful that you and your partner at your age are fans of Tom's. It's not that I don't think more people over 40 would absolutely agree with a lot of the messages that Tom sings about. It's just most of a hard time getting past the fact that he's a rapper and how he looks.

I think that just goes to show that a lot of people who don't like rap don't like the subject matter and message that is in most mainstream rap, rather than the musical style itself.
I listened to Eminem till he went off the left cliff. It's a joy to find Mcdonald. His music is so good.
I’m the same too. Everyone around me listens to rap and I’ve never enjoyed it... probably because most songs are about getting high, making money, and girls but not in a good way. This is beautiful and speaks way louder than the other crap rap out there. I can’t stop listening now.

I've been burned by all my family multiple times except my Mom who's my Ride or die even now. Without her ,and my Husband, I don't think I could have gotten as far as I have, but sometimes I get so stuck in my head with my anxiety and depression even they can't reach me. So I had to tell you that because of your music I've started trying to come out of my shell more. I've started talking to my friends again, and I'm feeling more confident that I will get what I want in the future even if it means I still have to struggle a lot in the short term. As a Christian woman who's almost 60 years old, I'm probably not your typical fan. I've never been a fan of rap but your music is amazing. I have so much respect for you because you are a true artist who is true to yourself. I love that you sing about brutal truths that no one else will touch. I also love your transparency. Your generation needs to hear that you can struggle and still overcome the demons that try to take you out so keep doing what you do but don't forget to take care of yourself in the process.

I think the reason why people like Tom is because he can sing also. He wanted to be a heavy metal singer but he said he did not have the voice for it. But he can sing really good so its a nice mix when he raps.
Plus he's one of the good guys promoting drugs and drinking is bad.
If I did not know who he was and I saw him on the street I might think he was a heavy metal fan or someone out of prison. I'm not into tattoos so I don't fully get it when rappers have so much. I only found out about Tom when Fake Woke came out. A lot of conservative RUclipsrs made reaction videos.
Also I did not even know who Nova was and people would say in the video shoutout to Nova. I thought maybe it was a filmmaking crew or something. Had no idea his girlfriend is so good with filmmaking and they do this all on their own. Way better then a lot of the stuff from big record labels.

This guy must have a huge IQ. I listen to most of his songs. The way he passes his message while rapping and matching the right words is amazing. It is easy to make a nice song when you have nothing to say. Or say a message w/o a melody line or a style. To be able to combine both and with so much sense and truth, wow ! I am white male and I can relate to this song. I grew up very poor. My white skin didn't do me any favors living in brown and black neighbors. I was attacked consistently for being white. We moved so much because my family was so dysfunctional and poor, It took me over 12 schools just to end graduating from Redlands adult school at the age of 25. Which I am so proud of. After quitting multiple drugs, I later went on to college and now have a good career and a great family that Im proud to take care of. I've now been sober for over 20 years and I love everyone the same. I don't judge a man by his skin color but rather yet by his character. Thanks Tom for your messages,
