This is why the early days of patreon were so special. Now that the band has grown in stature, their schedule just does not allow for this kind of content. These glimpses into their personalities were vital in building a bond, not to mention it was so much fun seeing their journey of discovery. The world was literally opening up before them, and the joy with which they experienced life was endearing, to say the least. These vlogs helped us fans understand why everyone the band worked with, instantly loved them. Veterans of the business seemed to be bending over backwards to not just give them stages, but accept them as a peer. It was mind blowing. The talent was always evident from the many videos on RUclips, but DPA’s unique combination of grace, respect and energy is simply infectious. I have never heard them speak unkindly of a touring partner. They have never acted with a sense of self importance, which I find to be so refreshing. I am sure that there is a reason for this (Luis and Monica), but that is a topic for another time.
This is so spot on. I’m a recent convert to TWA and their fantastic music is what first drew me in, but when I came across this content regarding their growth (literally & figuratively) I absolutely fell in love with them (and their extended family) as people as well. That bond seems to be pervasive throughout their whole fan base. What can I say, but good people draw other good people to them. They are infectious in their positivity, sense of fun & humility. All the while being incredible artists, musicians and role models. They are the whole package.
Both of you.... that's amazing! I'm just scratching the surface of this insight and am so excited to learn more! I thought I was pretty up to date about them, but so much of the middle ground of their experiences is unknown to me still, and to think it is so public that we can all see it and take part in it like we were there... we live in amazing times, and they are amazing people.
Ah, these are so great - thanks for doing them! I can’t wait for Part 2. Pau: “Howard Shonsons!”, Ale: “Paulina!”, Dany: “…the point is!” & then finally, “I give up!” The Three Stooges tour Argentina (Dany is Moe, Pau is Curly, Ale is Larry) - I’m dating myself, so sue me. 😂
Neat trick.. I tried dating myself, but my wife got jealous! BA DA, BOOM! But seriously folks, I'm looking forward to it so much! Glad you are enjoying this repeat for ya... seeing it through fresh eyes
This is part of why I love The Warning. They let know them and they are wonderful. To me their music is everything I want it’s simply complex. I want DPA to win, whatever that means for them. Just as I want my children to win. ♥️✌🏻😎,PS, I have been enjoying your reactions.
Dany had an outline. She was so prepared. Then, Pau and Ale showed up. 😂 I love their informarive vlogs but these two are my favorites. Gotta love DPA👍
Accents and dialects are funny. My now ex-wife is Korean. She always spoke English with an accent, but her English was very good before coming to the States. However, we lived in Florida, Texas, and Connecticut while we were married. She struggled each time after we moved to adapt to the regional accent difference. I suppose even as a native speaker, I do as well, but that seems to impact native speakers much less severely. Even so, it takes a bit for them to adjust to the dialect of someone from Boston, Chicago, or New York City, not only because they have thick accents but also because they speak very fast. I speak Chinese, which is a language notorious for having hundreds of dialects. But it is interesting for native speakers. They all understand Mandarin, the official dialect, but it is almost like a second language for the native speakers of other distinct dialects like Cantonese, the local dialect of Taiwan, or the local dialect of Hong Kong. After years of speaking Mandarin, I could handle both the northern and southern dialects, and I could identify whenever someone was speaking a distinct dialect like Cantonese, but unless I started to communicate with my knowledge of characters, their written language, I was easily lost. However, some strange things happened from time to time. Like occasionally I could get by finding someone who could speak some English or some Spanish. There was even one time that there were five of us and each of us had different primary and secondary languages, some of us spoke Chinese and English, but others spoke Chinese and Japanese. Two people Spoke Japanese and English, one spoke Japanese and Spanish. It took a while, but eventually, we worked out a network of interpretation. I have no idea how accurate the translations were, though. It was bizarre.
yea that's so true Elgon!!! I don't have that much experience with it, but English can sound entirely foreign to me from some people just based on where they live.
It often seems that accents can become even stronger and thicker the further you get away from the elite. I can imagine all kinds of practical reasons for that, from both perspectives, but don't really know why for certain.
Wow. Never seen Ale so animated and talkative. Erica Sativa is awesome! You should do some reactions? Also, anyone know who is the guitarist Danny mentioned is her same age?
I couldn't stop watching even though I had to call it a day, working a graveyard shift tonight. Oh 'well what's one hour less of sleeping. Ron, thanks for the video. 👍⚡⚡⚡
You betcha!!! Hell… i went through the same thing making the videos!! What’s one hour less of sleeping… 5 is enough to prevent imminent death, i am hoping
Whaaaaa... Never seen Ale being so wordy! That's her nature when she is feeling safe. Fun fact: Pau accusing people from Argentina for talking too fast. Pau, the fastest tongue of Mexico!
Ale spoke way more than usual. 😮 The funny thing is it dissolves into even more chaos in the next part as Pau suddenly gets fired up and Dany almost gives up.
Ale seems to have a story to tell about their trip to Argentina. She's not shy when she has something to say. Most of the time she doesn't have anything to say.😁
TW Vlogs are like eating Jays Potato chips........ You can't have just one. All of these are pure gold to watch, and some make you laugh so hard, your ribs hurt for days. Some make you tear up with pride and joy, and some just school you on things you never knew, you needed to know. ⚡
I just discovered them a month ago and have binged countless shows, interviews, docs, etc. I think Ale talked more in this than everything else I've seen combined!
I love all of these casual, laid back vlogs! Don and Pau share the same brain? No wonder I'm a fan of your channel lol. Dany has the ability to go from one extreme facial expression to another on a dime and that always makes me laugh. Pau does the same with her voice too, she always pulls a Nicholas Cage by going from a normal conversation voice or almost whisper to shouting out of nowhere lol. I can see Ale being the model showing off the vinyl of QOTMS cuz "she has the face, she has the height" as Pau would say. It's cool to hear them talking about how that guitar player from a band they played with was such a sweetheart cuz that's what I always tell people about them, that they are sweethearts that treat their fans/supporters like family.
I'm sure most of us have these vlogs before but I'm really glad to see these again with you Don. You'll love the second part, lol. I really enjoy your videos on TW! Thanks man.
Not sure that I have ever been in a back stage elevator that wasn't sketchy. LOL Don, these vlogs are so much fun and shine so much light on to their personalities. Certainly why so many of us Patreons have such affinity for them. I doubt we will get many more of these since they are really taking off and incredibly busy. I will always cherish these and hope that no matter what happens they still retain much of their playfulness and personability.

They’re so DORKY! Love ‘em!🤘🏼❤️🔥🤘🏼
hahaha totally! In the most redeeming way
LOL, Dany, the organizer, has notes and is trying to stay on track...and failing at times.
haha yea what a shift from the other vlog eh? she took the reins and got dragged behind with two reindeer doing somersaults in the sky.
So Deliteful but, Yup, herding cats!
YEP!!! LoL

@@don-musicHow can I look up that first performance of Martirio?
Thank you

Oh yes! Totally, well said! Thank you so much Blaine!!
Love this ! They are such beautiful people. In every way
Same! Every time i get to see something like this, i respect them and like them even more
Nice and funny! Herding cats is more easy… 😆 But wait for Argentina vlog #2! It has most iconic TW humor… spoiler: ricesoup… 😉😆🤣😂👍
I’m totally looking forward to it!
Dany had an outline. She was so prepared. Then, Pau and Ale showed up. 😂 I love their informarive vlogs but these two are my favorites. Gotta love DPA👍
absolutely LoL.... and they finally sucked her down into their cat abyss of randomness
Pau may be the first person to ever complain that airline seats are too big
Lolol this is true! Man… ya don’t think about those things until you hear someone with a valid serious issue as a result
This should be mandatory viewing for journalists before interviews with DPA!
totally!!
Who was hearding cats more Dany or Ale. Hearding cats that are hearding cats.
Hahahaha ikr!!! And then a Ale replaced herself with an actual cat
I don't know why… but at 18:03, Alè's imitation of Pau rolling into bed was the funniest thing!

Boston accent is crazy hard to understand. The less educated people especially. It is fun to listen to, but no way I could talk like that.

They remind me a bit of Mozart - a fun, youthful, sometimes silly genius... who wrote some of the heaviest and most powerful music of his day.
Where can I find part two
Give me about 4 hours
I'm from Alberta where are u from
I was born in Calgary! I grew up in Vancouver though (moved here when i was four) and i still live about a 30 to 45 minute drive from Vancouver.
@@don-music I live in Lethbridge. I wanted to go to see The Warning in Calgary but it fell through
dang... yea I didn't know about them until about a week after they performed in vancouver.... darnit
