Nah not really, it's really hard to keep up with hackers, let me explain:
1 it's SUPER SUPER hard for hypixel to make an anti cheat because they're not partners with mojang so there's a ton of stuff they don't have access to and because of delay, ping, etc bots (watchdog) would be really unreliable. And hack clients already figured out how to deal with watchdog.
2 They can't just "repspond more" to hacks because false reports are a thing and they have to check and watch the whole game over again.

@@Ccsmo It has clients where people play like 35 dollars that bypasses watchdog. So I always see people say "person clicking 25 cps watch dog bans person uses reach watchdog doesn't" thats because the cheater has watchdog bypass

I don’t think it is because to prestige on his main you need more exp unlike his alt it prob took less exp to get a 400 star
