Hey everyone hope you enjoyed the reaction!! See you tomorrow for Friends and a surprise horror movie reaction!! Also apologies for the blurring on this reaction, know it’s a lot more intense than usual, just had too for copyrights, most reactions coming up should be a lot less blurring!!
According to the director, Henry Cavill said yes to playing an alternate Wolverine with zero hesitation. You can tell he's having a blast. The best cameo along with Wesley.
The actor who plays Peter (Rob Delaney) had the loss of his little son. Upon learning this, Ryan Reynolds called him to cheer him up. Seeing him depressed and not wanting to move on, he gave more importance to his character, which every Deadpool has a Peter and that every Deadpool needs a Peter, after all, Rob wrote a book called "a heart that works" 💙
This movie is just so much fun to watch, and you can tell the actors were having fun too. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have great chemistry, and the sheer amount of cameos are mind blowing.
54:07 Wow. So Johnny DID say all about Cassandra Nova before he got killed. And not only that, Chris Evans even also memorizing his lines for that scene as Ryan called him on the set to reprised his role after all these years for a cameo and offered him to read the lines with cue cards, but Chris says he got this. And so he did.
Nicepool looks normal enough to not need a mask, meaning he doesn't have the uncontrolled cancer the other Deadpools have. Hence, no regeneration. And Deadpool knew it.
Gambit’s accent is Cajun. Fun Fact: In some early concept art for the film, Ben Affleck’s Daredevil and Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider was originally going to be in the film. As well as more versions of Deadpool with one of them being a dinosaur.
I like the fact they kept the same banter between these two, especially when Wolverine called him Mouth. Complete throw back to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. :)
Gambit was my favorite X-Men growing up, and while he showed up in Wolverine Origins, he was an absolute letdown. I fangirled hard in every scene he was in in this. He has a Cajun accent, btw, from Louisiana.
This Marvel film was very chaotic, in a good way! So much action, references, and a whole mess of intensity.😅 I’m glad that this film has done well, and by Marvel standards too.
When I first saw the movie, and when I first saw Chris Evans, I was like "Is he Cap or is he Johnny? Cap or Johnny? I think he's Johnny!" And when he said "Flame On!", I was like "IT'S JOHNNY!!!"
Actually, you're the first of my reactor "core" to watch this one! I'm so glad you got to watch it and enjoy it. It really breaks my heart that reactors don't get to watch these movies in theaters. Still, it makes me so very happy to get to be part of you enjoying it for the first time!
Well that was a couple of minutes earlier than expected! Anyway, just like Spider-Man: No Way Home, this film is a true love letter to those who grew up with the Fox produced Marvel movies and the end credits scene was a nice touch. Ryan Reynolds is still perfect as Deadpool, and Hugh Jackman is what really sells here.
This is actually the first movie that Shawn Levy is credited as a screenwriter, beside producing and directing. In most of his films, he known for just producing and directing. He also one of the executive producers of Stranger Things and directed episode 3 & 4 in each Seasons
The Channing Tatum Gambit movie was announced at Comicon - Tatum was on stage with all the other X-Men actors - then Disney bought Fox and the movie was cancelled. This is Tatum's only chance to play the character.
I stopped going to the cinema right before the pandemic started and had since never felt the need to go again (there just wasn't a film that compelled me enough to want to see it in theaters), this is the movie that I went to see and I loved every moment of it (I avoided reading/looking anything up) about it beforehand, because I wanted to be surprised and...I love this movie so much lol, the unexpected (but awesome) cameos. I had to actively stop myself from fangirl screaming when I finally saw my favorite marvel (and X-Man) character make a proper big-screen debut (Origins doesn't count).
Like a Prayer” reprise was great, Ryan and Hugh are Ryan and Hugh (complimentary). Cameos are basically the crux of the film, so if you like I Spy for grown ups, you’re gonna have a good time. Not all of the gags land; in fact
Yeah…I’ll admit that hearing you say “who’s that?” when Gambit was introduced was legitimately painful (tho understandable) But then, you almost immediately reversed it by saying he was really cool so 🤷♀️😉all is forgiven and (almost) forgotten 😅 But in all seriousness tho…Gambit is/has always been my absolute favorite X-men character and Channing definitely nailed it imo! 😘👌I’m so freaking glad that they didn’t try to dull the accent down…which has happened before sadly 😓 As for your questions &/or statements regarding a Gambit solo movie…unfortunately Nope…there isn’t one👎 But they got pretty damn close to making one.but it was like years ago and Channing was going to be playing Gambit in it but even tho Channing kept at it for years before he finally admitted defeat So as you can imagine…that cameo was a long time coming really, Channing earned it and back then I didn’t even know if he’d be up to the task of portraying my favorite X-men character and until this movie that assessment didn’t change But as I said…seeing how awesome his portrayal is…I’m actually kinda pissed that we never got to see that movie!🤯 ….This was a great reaction my dude👍Btw
I think you were laughing a whole lot more in this film. They did very well with the comedy, drama, and violence combination even though the plot is weak-which as they are trying to just get the x-men and other fox superheroes into Disney thats okay save the plot for future films. So happy you recognized Elektra even if it was the current Elektra you thought of. Recommend watching the rest of the Blade movies and then Daredevil and Elektra. Daredevil came first then Elektra in her movie there are clips from DD. Gambit first showed up in Origins Wolverine which I do prefer Taylor's version even if Channing's had the correct accent.
Marvel Cinematic Universe/MCU is Earth-616/199999 AKA the Sacred Timeline Fox X-Men Universe is Earth-10005 Johnny's universe was Earth-121698 Elektra's universe is Earth-701306 Blade's universe is Earth-26320 Gambit's universe is unknown because even he doesn't know where he came from I think Spider-Man is the new Anchor Being of the MCU after Iron Man died

Greatest Cameo I've seen in a long time !!!
It actually really works
Even though he got physically sick from smoking the cigars

Why are you everywhere?
Agreed with everything you said Ryan Reynolds and Hugh jackman chemistry is the best part about this movie
@@FarmHandJoe Danm bro I was just about to say that
Your reaction to Chris Evan’s being Johnny was everything!!!!
The “who’s that…” when Gambit showed up was perfect comedy lol
I’ll admit it was nice to see Chris Evans as the Human Torch again. He looked really good in the fantastic four outfit
54:07 Wow. So Johnny DID say all about Cassandra Nova before he got killed. Fun Fact: In some early concept art for the film, Ben Affleck’s Daredevil and Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider was originally going to be in the film. As well as more versions of Deadpool with one of them being a dinosaur.
Ryan Reynolds said in an interview that he contacted Cage about a Ghost Rider cameo, but Cage wasn't interested.
I heard about that. But it would’ve been so cool to see him again.
Obviously, our anchor being was Harambe. Nothing's been right since. All jokes aside, love your reaction. It was a lot of fun. Aloha from Hawai'i! 🌺
Fun fact:The Deadpool that was dancing, he wasn’t Ryan Reynolds. He was played by Nick Pauley, a professional dancer. That opening was really cool
I agree, that sequence is among my top 3 favorite moments of D&W.

29:48-30:51 Two boys, with healing factors, fighting in a car. That was a funny moment in the theaters
its right up there with Freddy Krueger and Jason trying to kill each other even though they are already dead.
I like the fact they kept the same banter between these two, especially when Wolverine called him Mouth. Complete throw back to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. :)

I'm honestly shocked you seriously believed Deadpool would NOT kill Nicepool, especially after what already happened with Johnny. XD
This is such an anticipated reaction, I know you may not get the views like some of the bigger reactors but I love your reactions so much!
This is my favorite movie! Gambit is the mvp for me, every line out of his mouth was hilarious
Same ❤
Very fantastic to see Deadpool and Wolverine together in the same movie.
Even though it’s the title she won, I think Dogpool is adorable. She’s got a little Mohawk and big, soft brown eyes. ❤️
“Theres only 1 Blade there is Only ever gonna be 1 Blade”
the next Blade has some large shoes to fill. Hopefully Disney doesnt screw it up.
