I made this zucchini recipe tonight for dinner as a side dish to a burger plopped on a bed of kale and my 17 yo boy said it was up in the top 5 dinners I have made. 💓💓💓🤗 Homemade garlic croutons and ranch probably helped but the zucchini was definitely the star. Ill be making this again soon. THANK YOU!!

I love your videos! Wish you had more ♥️Aioli in Catalan means garlic and oil, the traditional way of making it is putting garlic and olive oil in a morter and turning and smashing and adding more oil and garlic and some salt until it's a mash. It's really good in baked potatoes! I'm heading it's too strong for the general public so they make the garlic mayo and call it aioli so they don't feel left out heh hope you try it some day! Cheers

I made your zucchini but since it was just for me and I only cooked a few I cooked them in a pan! AMAZING! I made a ribeye steak too and pretty much ignored it because the zucchini was so incredibly good!!!!!! I will try baking it next time! I plan on just eating those with a salad. Sooooooooooo incredibly good! (Did Inalready mention that)? My house smells so good!!! ❤️
