This song is filled with nostalgia for me. It gets me in my feels. I love the structure of it as well, how each vocalist takes his turn on the chorus while the rappers each do a verse. It's one of my very favorite BTS songs.
RM'S part was him dedicated those lyrics to his suga hyung who was his first roommate 🥺

Such a moving song. Brings back all those conflicting feelings around my own moves throughout my life. Nostalgia, happy memories, excitement, griefs. At 71 I'm hoping I will never have to face it again.
No matter what the subject matter BTS can make it magical.

I love this song. This was a song for when they moved from their tiny dorm to a better one. Love how sentimental it is and how they have good and bad memories, but all embraced by them.
This one is one of my all time favourites and especially this live performance. Those adlibs and harmonies from Jk and Tae are heaven. Such a nostalgic song and meaningful for Bangtan.
Very moving. They have always shared their grief and pain as well as their love and pride for each other and what they do.

Thank you for this reaction, John! This song snuggles in your mind and stays there; we remember our own experiences of moving, packing up the old life and moving on to the new. I love that each time the members moved, it was to a bigger and better dorm, kinda marked the moves in their career. It was amusing how they kept calling their shared homes "dorm", even the luxury apartment in the exclusive neighbourhood. Enjoy Tokyo!

Lyrics particularly, the end part of RM's rap, it's such a reminder for days we found ourselves loss our ambitions/excitements of things that we used to enjoy/love.
i miss the 7 of them together & this song of them talking about their past & growth make me miss them even more.

Since you’re a K-pop fan and also love vocal groups like Pentatonix you should definitely check out Forestella. Especially their version of Bohemian Rhapsody and also their member Pitta’s version of Phantom of the Opera - he covers both the female and male part and it is absolutely mind blowing.
I’ve never heard this song. Thanks for reviewing it. That one shot when Jimin was singing and it showed the audience with the lights shining up through a dark backdrop reminded me so much of the look on JK album preview for “Standing Next to You”. Just an observation.
One of my faves@ Them moving to another dorm, must be bitter sweet for them. The lyrics wer very relatable and the music was so soothing, The har,monies with V and Jk were so magical - still waiting for a V-JK subunit song!

at first thank you for your reaction to his memorable song.
To me it brings back the feeling that they were finally getting it space wise better.
I loved how they summoned how and where they started.
Their honesty about that it wasn't always "pais & frey".
It is taking a step forwards but, also a new adventure.
If I look at them now...
They are still evolving.
Take Two is also a step forward and also a new adventure.
John, if you have time please do some lyric explanations again if you want to and have time.
Also try to read some of the books where they get some of their inspiration from (art,movies).
I hope that one day you'll do a reaction to each trilogy etc.
There is still so much you haven seen or know about them.
