    You call this spoonful little water "flood" hahaha.Please check the recent videos of flood in Chiplun and Mahad cities of Maharashtra India then you will come to know what is the actual meaning of flood is.

      Happy to have the water. No one is complaining, just spreading awareness about the dangers of flash floods. We desperately need the water for sure 🙏

    I didnt slow down in downpours. You get used to them when you live in heavy rain areas. Now i live in drought conditions. 1 inch a year. The other place i lived got up to 4" an hour. Didnt even phase me after 15 yrs

      @@greatvisions7273 come drive through az while it's raining and I bet you will change your mind. The roads get real slick from oil build up due to our rain being almost non existent. 90% of the people I see stuck in puddles and hydroplaning have out of state plates. That "I've driven in rain 100 times before" mentality is what gets people in trouble out here.
