Hello Zabbix Team, in default template contains lots of items to collect Metrix, it will consume lots of space in Server CPU and Database as well, how do you reduce the items in Template, what are the most wanted items in a template, how do customize a template ..? please make a vide on this topic so that we can use the template more effectively. Thanks.

You can full clone template then remove those item which you don't want from cloned.

Is it necessary to specify any information related to the host in the key If I create the item in a template and link it to various servers?

In your video, were you monitoring the logs on the zabbix server? Or another linux server that the zabbix server is monitoring?

Thanks for the video, could you explain how to monitor log file rotate in Windows machine ? And find an expression

For rotated log files, you should use the logrt[file_regexp,,,,,,,,] Zabbix agent (active) item key.
The first two parameters are regular expression - first parameter matching the log file, while the second one - matching the lines in the log.
