Anyone who finds this house mod theirs a seperate mod that fixes pretty much all of bugs associated with this home to make it work perfectly and their also an addon mod that adds a bathroom onto the basement.

Its so nice seeing how different the player home looks based on people's mod list, I love the changes your mod list makes to some of the items! Do you know which mod you used to get the water lilies and the animated boats?
Hmm..I don't think I used anything for the boat. Mod that I use for water is Water for ENB, so maybe that's it.
Water lilies are from mod called Waterplants by Halifax0815. I recommend to use it with mod called Animated Water Lily by Skyrimmods. His little animated details make great differences in game for me.
every time i try to use this mod it always crashes my game :(
