Stevie Nicks is such a talent that has withstood the test of time!! If wishes come true someday before she retires , I hope my cousin and I are front row center at her concert to experience a woman that shaped music history!
Love this song since it first came out! God, I miss the 80's and the 90's. Music was so good then and the "Artists" were the cream of the crop. Not like today!!!
STEVIE= PURE MAGIC ....thank you Prince for that SICK SYNTHESIZER Contribution...I would have loved to have been a fly in the room when they were creating. You leave me speechless...
think i have listened to this 8 times in a row now. Something about the song, cant put my finger on it, but there is something that lifts this thing to another place. That sounds stupid!
I wanted to go to this one too...sucks that it got cancelled...hope you got to go to charlotte..my seats in charlotte were not as good as what i had in greensboro, but i'm still just glad i got to experience it...it was so great!!
Amazing... never will be a better performance than the Red Rocks one in the 80's, but the interesting thing here is the energy... @nootaramus: we are not watching or talking about professional dancers, we are watching and talking about rock and roll, living history, passion, energy, sweetness....
Did anyone count how many spins she did??Almost as many as Mairead Nesbitt of Celtic Woman with her spinning while playing the violin..both awesome performers
I saw her show at Nissan Pavilion on my birthday of all nights! I thought her singing was a little lackluster then, but her twirls were Live in Boston-esque. MORE than made up for the vocals. It was almost as if she said "I'll show YOU what 57 can do!" Hard to believe she'll be 60 in May.
some people like her and others dont. its called an opinion. it annoys me when people get on that trip of acting like they are on a team for their own opinions that they must rush to defend. everybody loves stevie. infact, id risk saying that it is unique when someone dislikes her. i love stevie, but i have no issue with actually being honest and saying that she is old. she doesnt sound nearly as good as before because she is old. good for her to get out there and be confident for us though.
Live in Chicago was filmed after the release of Crystal Visions in March, 2007. The live Stand Back from the deluxe edition of Crystal Vision was recorded in 2005.
All our best ladies and gentlemen in rock are all of the age now we're most are living in sheltered accommodation and drawing a pension and using a walking aid.... Just look at this lady do it here ..an is still nowadays in her 70s... ...who said rock n roll lifestyle was bad for your health....

She is and always will be a goddess. There is no one better.
Was at this show and I was getting a cocktail so I missed the spins...thanks so much for the post!!!
It's Stevie Nicks imho. She's got one of the best voices in rock n roll.
The part at 5:53 when the spotlight hits her white is phenomenal!!

I totally agree
@maria461 : It's being filmed by a digital cam in the audience..not bad.
yes she did open the set with stand back.
I like introduction.
Anyone know who the amazing congo drummer is? He's freakin' PHENOMENAL!
nice comeback!
In my opinion Stevie's voice hasn't declined at all, it's just different than when she was younger, if anything it's more mellow
i can rock out wit her anytime. like ight now so puff. an fk it. she da queen.
Kick ass!
The on tour version of Stand Back is now so polish it's like an exorcism.
I think Stevie should go compete on Dancing with the Stars!!!!!

i want to be as 'gracefully hot' as this goddess on earth is when im 61 !!!
I know it's kinda soon, but any thoughts on a Concert for Ukraine
I believe this is the actual performance that was recorded and released on her Crystal Visions CD. Can someone confirm?
no it was the "stevie nicks stand back live in chicago" x
Live in Chicago was filmed after the release of Crystal Visions in March, 2007. The live Stand Back from the deluxe edition of Crystal Vision was recorded in 2005.
This wasn't the one used on the album it sounds similar but it's not
I believe the edition of Stand Back on the iTunes version of Crystal Visions was recorded in Santa Barbara.
