What a Woman & Artist..Growing up I had this music playing around me (& other greats) in the 80's & thank God for that! I just watched "Behind the Music" starring Stevie & what a life she's had. She credits her aging well & nice skin to : Always washing off her make up when everyone else was waking up w/their on after a long night of partying. I tell you, I too, am a fair skinned beauty & I always wash mine off to, use chap stick & lotion hands, elbows, every night. I look a lot younger for my age too. Drummer is so smooth. Reminds me of my stepfather William Carbone from Frankfort NY. He was a famous drummer from upstate NY. Poison actually Asked him to be they're drummer for 2 years when Ricky rocket dude got throat cancer. He turned it down for some reason. His forte was rock, classic rock mainly. But he was actually a master jazz drummer as well. He was simply amazing trust me. He died in a house fire all alone in Frankfort. I wish he would have never broke up with my mom 25 years ago. He called me his little pepper boy. I was a crazy, fast, climb the walls kinda kid lol. I was his favorite because he knew deep down I considered him my dad unlike my older brother and younger sis. He would take me to these jam sessions a lot of times with some really good musicians from all over brevard county florida when I was a young boy. What amazing music I witnessed let me tell you. He handed me my first joint when I turned 18. He was the coolest stepdad in the World! I miss and love u Billy! You were the best. I still after 25 years have yet to hear anyone who's even close to your level around here! Lol. Rest in Heavenly peace. Drum for the Angel's!
I saw her a couple of weeks ago in New Orleans. She's fucking awesome and amazing. One of the best concerts I've seen and I've seen a lot of fantastic concerts,: Pink Floyd without Roger Waters, Roger Waters without Pink Floyd, Jimmy Page & Robert Plant, Jethro Tull, Rush, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Iron Maiden, Tool, Cheap Trick, Debbie Harry, Ramones, Misfits, Nine Inch Nails, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Megadeth, Boston, Budgie... I kick myself for never having seen Fleetwood Mac (Christine McVie was my fav of the Mac attack and now I'll never get to see her) despite having had the opportunity. Stevie's New Orleans show is definitely in the top 5 shows I've seen. If you get a chance to see her DON'T PASS UP THE OPPORTUNITY.

This brought me to tears. So beautiful, and not a tired reiteration at all. I would like to know who the guitarists were, they also were flawless! This is just one of those songs that, when I hear it, transports me back to a a time and place where life was very, very good, sitting in the dorm room partying, or driving over the causeway to Clearwater Beach in my Ray Bans and freak flag flying to my construction job. My company sent me there from Indiana, I though I was in heaven! Those days it was The Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan, but this song takes me to a castle in Palm Beach, by the coquina-edged pool. Stevie is a real trooper and never disappoints her fans! .Was living in the Bay Area in 1989 when I was in the Army and my husband and I had tickets to her Oct 17th ,1989 concert in Mountain View I think. Those of you in your 50s like me that lived in the Bay Area will remember that was the day the infamous "Loma Prieta" quake struck causing a lot of destruction and deaths. By the grace of God, we survived unscathed. I was bummed out thinking that we wouldn't be able to see her but instead of canceling her show for that date altogether, she postponed it for a few weeks later and we still got to see her. I will never forget that concert.

Her little wave to Waddy Wachtel as she takes center stage and that smile - she knew she still had the energy, vocal power, range and vibrato to kill this performance. Compare this to the lifeless, monotone performances of her 2023-24 tour. Sad, but a fact of life to the toll that time takes on bodies and voices. Archive this performance - she still had the power to call up that witchy spell we all knew and loved. It is probably the last time we ever see her at the top of her game.

I wanted to say this, I will never forget when Stevie Nicks was presented an award from Block Buster and Sheryl Crow was the presenter and at that time I did not know that Sheryl Crow was a fan of Stevie Nicks and what I noticed is that Sheryl Crow had tears in her eyes when she gave the award to Stevie Nicks and so did I. No fair weathered fan here . I just kept playing Stevie’s music , my Stevie concert video’s, love ‘Stevie Nicks In Concert’, 1982, Welsh Witch and ‘Stevie Nicks Live In Redrocks Colorado’ concert until she came back to the limelight. Stevie is a real trooper and never disappoints her fans! .Was living in the Bay Area in 1989 when I was in the Army and my husband and I had tickets to her Oct 17th ,1989 concert in Mountain View I think. Those of you in your 50s like me that lived in the Bay Area will remember that was the day the infamous "Loma Prieta" quake struck causing a lot of destruction and deaths. By the grace of God, we survived unscathed. I was bummed out thinking that we wouldn't be able to see her but instead of canceling her show for that date altogether, she postponed it for a few weeks later and we still got to see her. I will never forget that concert.
