I was about to say, that set box didn’t have ANY Praetors, until Elesh Norn in the last pack. I pulled 2 Jin-Gitaxias and Sheoldred, Whispering One in mine (and pulled a 2nd Whispering one out of a prerelease kit)
Nice first box ive seen with a foil ragavan and i got 1 out of just 1 collector pack so i wanted to see how rare it was. I watched joey moss open 6 boxes get 2 serialized cards and not 1 ragavan that collector's box was awsome.
I got 10 Mythics in my box, but two of them were Sholedred. Now I have to Trade for Vorinclex, Urabrask and Elesh Norn. Oh and Jin Gitaxis cause I want the full cycle for collectors purposes. I actually need the Naya Praetors for decks.
Re-Talents, I don't play superfriends but a blink aminatou and the talent cards are somewhat interesting. Not that I'm "great" at winning but with blinks and a good card draw engine Teferi, Elspeth, and Lili could make for some fun. Anytime Aminatou comes out of the commmand zone she's targetted so I try to get her countered up enough to where she can fateshift in a single turn, the talents could help with that. Art wise I think all of the talent cards have a good "look" to them.
I watch a ton of mtg openings and I always wince when the cards are "flicked" onto the table. Some folks do it more aggressively than others. Am I just being weird?
You still only got 3 mythics from the standard MOM set. I don't like that the special "reprint" slot takes away from the cards you can hit from the new set.
Is it me or will the next wave of these have hardly any hits in them? Seems like they really overloaded this first wave and next time around they totally drop off? The amount of big hits has been absurd not just with your openings but with most openings on RUclips that I've seen

Invasion of Ikoria is a really good hit. And I think one of the best cards in the set.

Those Set Booster can be so good. Pulled old Jin, old Vorinclex and etched kroxa in one booster. Crazy

I dont understand why they didn't add the blue or red demigods in this set
