John is saying if we do not see the need for the blood of Jesus, who cleanses us from our sin. Pastor Todd is talking about redemption, not hyperspirituality. In the bible it says we are cleansed from sin, so why still identify with it? That is literally all that they are preaching, is redemption. We are made holy, blameless, and above reproach in His sight (Colossians 1:21-23)

They are pushing the revelation that Jesus has redeemed us to be Sons and Daughters of God and to live according to that truth. Nothing dramatic, just straight truth as the bible gives it. Todd does not think he is perfect, he thinks he is made perfect by the blood of Jesus. It is an identity that Jesus redeemed us with. He has given us grace and truth. Grace allows us to become Sons and empowers us to follow Jesus in all manners, and truth reveals to us our identity now that Christ Jesus's blood speaks over us saying we are the Righteousness of God in Him.(2 Corinths 5:21).

I remember listening to Todd White when I was 16 and thinking wow this is so true. Now I'm 21 and realize more and more how not only Todd but so many other preachers that are popular in my generation are twisting the truth and all my friends believe it! Help me Lord and help my generation.

Just a real observation: does he use steroids? : Todd does look unnatural, the read face, swollen look, thick neck, and nasal / almost sounds like he has a hard time breathing secondary to neck thickness and probable sleep apnea. When I was caught up in the NAR I went to one of his conferences and he did not look like this. HIs features really resemble steroid use.

There's something Todd says that is indicative of where and how he went wrong. He claims to have started preaching by his second power and love school attendance, right after he got "saved". Someone who is a new convert is nowhere near ready to be preaching! It even takes some time to learn in more detail the gospel and how to give it to others, as well. 1 Tim 3:6. BTW... The power and love school/ministry is one that Todd himself founded and leads. So, by his admission, he started his ministry and preaching mere days/weeks from when he supposedly got saved.

Everyone out here quoting 1 John 1:8 without looking at the entire book of 1 John. If we read the whole letter, 1 John 2 begins with "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:". Why would John say "If you have no sin, then you're a liar" just to go on to say "I write this to you so that you don't sin" If we just quote one liners I could look at "And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." 1 John 2:3-4. I could look at this and say that if you commit even one sin, you don't know God. Or I could quote "8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God." 1 John 3:8-9. 1 John 1:8 is showing that if we say we don't have any sin and that we don't need God, then we're a liar and the truth is not in us. Jesus is our advocate. I've watched a lot of Todd White videos and read a lot of articles on why Todd White is false teacher, but I have never heard Todd White say that he has never sinned. His entire testimony deals with his past sin (his testimony that he briefly shares in many sermons) All he is saying that his sin is completely gone because of Jesus (which is what 1 John 1:7,9 says). He is living as if he's been purified of all unrighteousness which is exactly what 1 John 1:9 says. Psalm 103 10-12 says "10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us." Why aren't we living as if he's removed our sin? It's gone, completely wiped out as 2 Peter 1:9 also says.

But I listen to Dan Mohler and agree and practice his teaching, while also being apart of a deliverance ministry. I have never been more free in the 6 years of following Christ. Leading more people to Christ. In fact, my friend and I were always stumbling until we started listening to Dan Mohler. Less of me, more of him. Why is preaching Identity, Freedom, Righteousness and Holiness considered bad by the maker of this video and in the comments? Have an intimate relationship with God and you will have ears to hear. The message these men preach are for the dedicated, the mature, the people of god with higher standards. A higher calling. If you don't get it. Dan preaches it. Be intimate with God. Stop going back to your sin and watching videos like this one. Thats what brings you confusion. Don't allow yourself to be bullied by the enemy. Thats why preaching Identity is important. We are children of God the Most High. Strive to be like Jesus. Leave the things of the world behind and follow him without fear, ask God to rid those things you hold on to that dont edify your spirit. Be baptized in the holy spirit. They are saying that you can’t teach anyone to overcome sin if they still have their sinful nature. See the problem with you is that you don’t believe the totality of what Jesus did on the cross. When Jesus manifested Himself to me 14 years ago I was quickened in my spirit. I became born again. I am not a saint and a sinner at the same time. You have a religious spirit and hate it when born again believers are walking in righteousness. I never think about sin. When I was in the world sinning every second of my life the Holy Spirit would convict me of not believing in Jesus. Then when I met Jesus the Holy Spirit convicts me of righteousness. It is so liberating. Please cry out to Jesus to reveal Himself to you so you can be born again of God!!!

My "favorite" Dan Mohler story was shared to me by a former Word of Faith Minister in our church. Dan apparently gives up his first class airline seat to a skinny young dad from India and goes back in the plane . He brags about his humbleness in this matter by telling his audience that he has to sit between two "fat" women. What a great guy! Dan's sermons are all about his (this) favorite subject.
He worded it very kindly. No need to walk on egg shells about everything i think. Dan Mohler is so amazing. I urge anyone having trouble with him to pray about it humbly and ask God to show you who Dan really is. What an amazing man

Todd confuses law and gospel so completely, that he should be a case study for all Christians. Yeah, Ive never heard a todd white preaching but I do listen to Dan Mohler. From this vid I can see Todd emulating dan a bit, and throwing some sauce on it. I can admit todds preaching is a little cringing. But why so much hate in the video and comments. Where is you heart for your brotheren. The delivery needs work but the message is good. Dan Mohler is all love. Before you try and pull a splinter out of your brothers eye pull the plank out of your own. Really, you sound like a Pharisee. You call out pride for todd, but I discern pride in the heart of the creator of this video and many in the comments. Righteousness and Holiness is not far fetch. Ive only given my live to God 6 years ago and have been going deeper and deeper in relationship with Him. I've experienced what todd is saying in his the video. About praying and meditating in a private place and getting out of there changed and Righteous. Cleansed and holy, filled with unperverted love. The deeper the level of intamcy with God, the more results you'll get. The more Holiness. Strong against temptation. Not even temptation at that point. Just the enemy knocking at the door, buy cant get in. Throwing the word at him like Jesus did in the wilderness. What they preach is not far fetch. Those making fun of todd and dan can only see through their sin clouded eyes. Its possible to be free from sin and be so busy in the things of god to worry about when the next time your gonna sin. Ive experienced periods of time "walking on water" but sank like peter, but as He renews my mind and my lifestyle is changed I am set up to live with less sin. Taking more steps on water. You fall so many times you get sick of it and war up on the enemy. You go deeper with God and he opens your eyes. You can see the traps the enemy sets. Dont be weak and fall into them, he uses the same old tricks. Like they teach, know your Identity, know who your Father is. The Lord is our strength. Blessed is the man who endures temptation. Break free from it and seek first the Kingdom. Make it priority #1. Spend more time doing kingdom things than worldly things and you will have ears to hear what these men are trying to teach. from my view, the way you interpret these two guys is from a place of jealousy almost. You seem to think they're bragging, you think they're raising themselves up on a pedastool. Todd has had a following in my Church. They have even gone to those Power-in Love conferences. They all are very confused and superficial in their faith. The minister who introduced the congregation to Todd and Dan is amazing as to his and his wife's ability to quote Scripture. It takes a while to realize that Satan is also and has always been a great Scripture quoter. These people have all but destroyed our nice little church.

I don't believe Todd White or Dan Mohler are claiming they walk in absolute sinless perfection. They are just knocking down the false theology of most of the Church (including reformed) that promotes licentiousness and tramples underfoot the grace of God which gives believers the power to resist sin and walk in righteousness, holiness and truth.

Is it wrong for me to be anticipating the day Todd White gets caught doing something wicked when he's been claiming all this time that he's perfectly sinless? I'm not sure if that makes me guilty of wrath or something, but it's REALLY REALLY hard to watch these guys mock God like this and denigrate his grace the way they do. If we're so wonderful and worthy, then it didn't really take enormous mercy and grace for God to give us a way out did it? He just owed it to us, that's his they make it sound. So gross.

John is saying if we do not see the need for the blood of Jesus, who cleanses us from our sin. Pastor Todd is talking about redemption, not hyperspirituality. In the bible it says we are cleansed from sin, so why still identify with it? That is literally all that they are preaching, is redemption. We are made holy, blameless, and above reproach in His sight (Colossians 1:21-23)

They are pushing the revelation that Jesus has redeemed us to be Sons and Daughters of God and to live according to that truth. Nothing dramatic, just straight truth as the bible gives it. Todd does not think he is perfect, he thinks he is made perfect by the blood of Jesus. It is an identity that Jesus redeemed us with. He has given us grace and truth. Grace allows us to become Sons and empowers us to follow Jesus in all manners, and truth reveals to us our identity now that Christ Jesus's blood speaks over us saying we are the Righteousness of God in Him.(2 Corinths 5:21).

There's something Todd says that is indicative of where and how he went wrong. He claims to have started preaching by his second power and love school attendance, right after he got "saved". Someone who is a new convert is nowhere near ready to be preaching! It even takes some time to learn in more detail the gospel and how to give it to others, as well. 1 Tim 3:6. BTW... The power and love school/ministry is one that Todd himself founded and leads. So, by his admission, he started his ministry and preaching mere days/weeks from when he supposedly got saved.

I've been carefully examining this movement and realm for decades, and the "data" and "facts" are damning. Todd White IS a false prophet. Are you going to defend such a character? How about Benny Hinn? Kenneth Copeland? These individuals are wolves in sheep's clothing, liars, false ministers, and servants of Satan. I've also examined similar personalities on a local level and found them to be equally wanting. They foam at the mouth, jump up and down, scream and yell, make outlandish claims, and, time and time again, fail to heal anyone in a miraculous way. In fact, the members of the local charismatic churches in our area are just as sick, and oftentimes sicker, than the Baptist Churches who reject the Word of Faith Movement. Oh, and a dear Christian in our area, with stage 4 cancer, has just been brought home from the hospital to die. He's been prayed up, over and sideways, but still no healing. Mr. Dan Mohler basically believes this man should and could be healed, and doesn't actually need doctors, which is a bunch theological dung. So let skip all the lofty spiritual jargon and admit that MOST people today are not miraculously healed. Miraculous healing was rare in the past, and still is today.

Everyone out here quoting 1 John 1:8 without looking at the entire book of 1 John. If we read the whole letter, 1 John 2 begins with "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:". Why would John say "If you have no sin, then you're a liar" just to go on to say "I write this to you so that you don't sin" If we just quote one liners I could look at "And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." 1 John 2:3-4. I could look at this and say that if you commit even one sin, you don't know God. Or I could quote "8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God." 1 John 3:8-9. 1 John 1:8 is showing that if we say we don't have any sin and that we don't need God, then we're a liar and the truth is not in us. Jesus is our advocate. I've watched a lot of Todd White videos and read a lot of articles on why Todd White is false teacher, but I have never heard Todd White say that he has never sinned. His entire testimony deals with his past sin (his testimony that he briefly shares in many sermons) All he is saying that his sin is completely gone because of Jesus (which is what 1 John 1:7,9 says). He is living as if he's been purified of all unrighteousness which is exactly what 1 John 1:9 says. Psalm 103 10-12 says "10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us." Why aren't we living as if he's removed our sin? It's gone, completely wiped out as 2 Peter 1:9 also says.

Why is preaching Identity, Freedom, Righteousness and Holiness considered bad by the maker of this video and in the comments? Have an intimate relationship with God and you will have ears to hear. The message these men preach are for the dedicated, the mature, the people of god with higher standards. A higher calling. If you don't get it. Dan preaches it. Be intimate with God. We are children of God the Most High. Strive to be like Jesus. When Jesus manifested Himself to me 14 years ago I was quickened in my spirit. I became born again. I am not a saint and a sinner at the same time. You have a religious spirit and hate it when born again believers are walking in righteousness. I never think about sin. When I was in the world sinning every second of my life the Holy Spirit would convict me of not believing in Jesus. Then when I met Jesus the Holy Spirit convicts me of righteousness. My "favorite" Dan Mohler story was shared to me by a former Word of Faith Minister in our church. Dan apparently gives up his first class airline seat to a skinny young dad from India and goes back in the plane . He brags about his humbleness in this matter by telling his audience that he has to sit between two "fat" women. What a great guy! Dan's sermons are all about his (this) favorite subject.
He worded it very kindly. No need to walk on egg shells about everything i think. Dan Mohler is so amazing. I urge anyone having trouble with him to pray about it humbly and ask God to show you who Dan really is. What an amazing man

Todd confuses law and gospel so completely, that he should be a case study for all Christians. By doing this so fully, he shows that he actually understands neither and therefore can have no faith in the gospel promises delivered to us in word and sacrament. How very tragic. How very sad. Yeah, Ive never heard a todd white preaching but I do listen to Dan Mohler. From this vid I can see Todd emulating dan a bit, and throwing some sauce on it. I can admit todds preaching is a little cringing. But why so much hate in the video and comments. Where is you heart for your brotheren. The delivery needs work but the message is good. Dan Mohler is all love. Before you try and pull a splinter out of your brothers eye pull the plank out of your own. Really, you sound like a Pharisee. You call out pride for todd, but I discern pride in the heart of the creator of this video and many in the comments.
Righteousness and Holiness is not far fetch. Ive only given my live to God 6 years ago and have been going deeper and deeper in relationship with Him. I've experienced what todd is saying in his the video. About praying and meditating in a private place and getting out of there changed and Righteous. Cleansed and holy, filled with unperverted love. The deeper the level of intamcy with God, the more results you'll get. The more Holiness. Strong against temptation. Not even temptation at that point. Just the enemy knocking at the door, buy cant get in. Throwing the word at him like Jesus did in the wilderness.
What they preach is not far fetch. Those making fun of todd and dan can only see through their sin clouded eyes. Its possible to be free from sin and be so busy in the things of god to worry about when the next time your gonna sin. Ive experienced periods of time "walking on water" but sank like peter, but as He renews my mind and my lifestyle is changed I am set up to live with less sin. Taking more steps on water. You fall so many times you get sick of it and war up on the enemy. You go deeper with God and he opens your eyes. You can see the traps the enemy sets. Dont be weak and fall into them, he uses the same old tricks. Like they teach, know your Identity, know who your Father is. The Lord is our strength. Blessed is the man who endures temptation.
The video makes fun, but actually yes, spend the 100s of hours listening to sermons, reading the word, praying and meditating in the private place and watch you become more Righteous and Holy. It is possible to be Christ like, just takes dedication and a disgust of the things of the world. All of it. Its manipulated and polluted food, culture, and education. Break free from it and seek first the Kingdom. Make it priority #1. Spend more time doing kingdom things than worldly things and you will have ears to hear what these men are trying to teach. Spend more time glorifying God and building brothers up, and less time tearing them down. Your love will be increased and you would have more grace for brother Todd. Does your heart feel clean after making this video? After leaving a comment like you have. Is sarcasm holy? Check yourself. Repent. I mean if you really love God and want to be more like Him. If thats not your goal then thats on you. Dont tear men down for having higher standards.
Why mock what Paul said. Isn't all Scripture God breathed. These are the words of the Holy Spirit given through men in whom God chose. Revere every word of Gods word and not just some of it. I cant believe what I just heard being taught!

from my view, the way you interpret these two guys is from a place of jealousy almost. You seem to think they're bragging, you think they're raising themselves up on a pedastool. No, they are sharing how simple it is to be at peace with Christ. they preach from a place of christians who ahem understood the basis of the gospel, and a re now in the next step of "what happens now?" Dan Mohler has wonderful testimonies, and he is based in the scripture.
Todd has had a following in my Church. They have even gone to those Power-in Love conferences. They all are very confused and superficial in their faith. The minister who introduced the congregation to Todd and Dan is amazing as to his and his wife's ability to quote Scripture. It takes a while to realize that Satan is also and has always been a great Scripture quoter. These people have all but destroyed our nice little church.
If your pastor is following this guy then he is deceived and does not study the Scriptures. Run from that church. Stay at home if you have to.

I don't believe Todd White or Dan Mohler are claiming they walk in absolute sinless perfection. They are just knocking down the false theology of most of the Church (including reformed) that promotes licentiousness and tramples underfoot the grace of God which gives believers the power to resist sin and walk in righteousness, holiness and truth.

When it says He became sin it didn't mean the English translation, in the original it means He became our SIN OFFERING. When Tod says I am righteous it reminds me in a James Bond movie when this guy says I am invincible right before he is killed by liquid nitrogen freezing him solid. What kind of bondage are your friends in. I listen to Dan Mohler and my own pastor and I walk in freedom. Free from gluttony, pornography, drugs and sloth. Visit a deliverance ministry. Have your own intimate relationship with God. Like they teach know your identity in Christ. How can you be bullied by the enemy if you truly believe God is for you. Build your endurance. God holds your hand through the construction of your endurance and self control. He doesn't just snap his fingers and give it. Its just the way it goes. I know cuz Im going through it now. God needs spirit warriors, so let him turn you into one.

I think we have to strike a balance here. There is some things about Todds ministry that are bad, but saying he has become the righteousness of God is right there in the Bible.
I used to watch Todd White a LOT. But as time went on I started to get this uneasy feeling about him and his message. I started to notice the way he spoke of himself, he seemed to just about compair himself to Jesus without actually saying it. That uneasy feeling just continued to grow and I found myself very turned off by his message. He has a very hollier than thou demeanor about him. I pray God fixes that for him.
