I have an iPhone 12. The 0.5 lens works perfectly, but for some reason when I use the normal lens, it ONLY focuses on things that are close to it and I have no idea why. If there’s more than like 3 inches distance it just won’t focus.

I had an issue with the optical image stabilization hardware making noise when the camera was being turned on and the "Force Restart" tip made it a lot quieter, it's hard to notice now. It's strange that the issue didn't fix itself over time, because I've had the phone for 1.5 years and I installed software updates multiple times during that time.
This worked! I was trying to take a picture of my new knife and the the shaking and noises started
It may sound weird but I hit my phone on bed foam. And believe me it got fixed. Sometimes when phone is not waterpack dust enter into camera which made it not to focus properly by hitting it with ur palm or foam tht dust moves aside
Hello I do not have a noise that is being made when my camera is being used . My .5 works perfectly but my x1 is very unstable it’ll stay stable for a sec and then start like shaking all over the place this happens on both the camera app and on social media apps as well. It’s the rear camera only .I’ve updated 3 times atleast since noticing this issue the phone is an iPhone 12 Pro . It’s not worth fixing the camera anymore since they’re so old now apple tried to find a software issue or any issue with the camera but nothing came up through diagnostic ?

I take videos on my iPhone 14pro and when on video it shakes I have a beep sound
Idk if anyone can answer this but if the phone rattles like a tiny from like inside the phone will it drain the battery? If it like falls on the carpet

I’ve tried everything except factory reset and nothing works. My camera is making this weird crackling buzzing noise, vibrating and making blurry photos. Sometimes when I restart it would be fine when it is turned back on but now it is just like this all the time. I’m really irritated about it because I had an issue with my previous phone where it was force restarting every 3 mins, I got an exchange through insurance and they sent me this “refurbished” phone which has been doing this on and off since I got it. Really frustrating as I’m on vacation and I now can’t take photos with my phone.

anyone did have a same problem with turning on 60 fps in video camera, when its 30 fps is good but if you switch to 60 fps its like beating (I don't know the term) but its like shaking every second

Okay I know this may sound weird but. 0.5 is working but the 1x is super blurry. I hit my phone on the side a few times and it worked. I think my camera got hacked out of place.
i have that SAME proble so only my 0.5 works 1x is so unusable and annoying
@@Rissty817 well I knocked mine back in place. I took my palm and hit the top of the phone and it not blurry anymore

I don’t have glass on my 1x camera idk if that is a problem but that makes it blurry noisy and shaky but my friend doesn’t have glass too but her camera is working normal. Can you help me?

Take it to a phone repair shop, happened to me and the guy told me that RPS was low and needs to refill. That’s what I recommend

I have an iPhone 11. O.5x works fine at all frame rates. However, the normal camera does a little shake upwards at a set interval like it’s trying to stabilize the image. I only noticed when recording a video at 60FPS. Anyone else have this issue? Is this a software or hardware?

Yes, the camera hardware had issues. Had no choice but to replace it.

Got the 15 Pro, it’s brand new, straight from Apple. I’ve had it for 4 days now. Old phone is iPhone XR and it blows the 15 Pro out of the water in terms of stabilization.
EDIT: I believe I found the fix for why the 15 Pro would be choppy and all.
Go into Settings > Camera > Record Video > Auto FPS and select Off.
I was testing in a dim lit room and even the setting mentions about low light environment. So just keep it off and it’ll be fine.
Try to put magnet near camera the shake will get stopped but it's temporary solution

My girlfriends iphone 8 had the shaking camera problem, tried everything (except last option).
The stabilization made noise, meaning the camera physically moved, gave the phone a whack against my palm and it stopped :)
