Hold a magnet to the camera
From the back and frontside of your phone while having the camera app opened
For me this worked instantly

i tried but camera module gets very hot. it can damage motherboard. not recomended.

Just did this for an iphone 11, it's worked.. however i cant replicate your placement, as that's where the screens clip goes.. nor will the magnet sit flush if placed in that same position.. perhaps ill try cut the magnet in half lol

This is more like hack,
The real problem is the OIS is mallfunctioning, some chip get short and fastest fix is put magnet on it which also disable the OIS
