Ohio married cop beats his girlfriend to a pulp 15 times over 13 years, the cops covered it up. He is pissed drunk on duty and crashes his car, they cover it up. He's finally caught strangling and beating her again to the point of hospitalization with severe injuries, they reduce the charges and give him 2 years with judicial release after probably 6 months (that's if he doesn't get the sentence reduced on appeal).
This severely mentally ill, indigent man gets 7 years with no possibility of early release for assaulting a cop.
Anyone else see anything wrong here? Why the heavy police presence in the court? They trying to intimidate the judge, or perhaps his defense lawyer? They all getting paid to stand around and attempt to intimidate?

As soon as he gets to prison he'll figure out how not to be so mentally ill. They all do.

And, what about what police officers do to those who have committed no crime? They just hide behind qualified immunity and their unions.

Sentence is just not nearly enough. We already heard that even with medication he’s still dangerous. He almost killed that officer!

Im sure the cops were angels and the blue line gang in the court will back their innocence. There being in the courtroom is strictly intimidation.

this is why we need to reopen the mental institutions. big mistake closing them, but the .ORGS, will never let that happen. All the monies the Govt affords the .orgs, will stop. Thoughts?
