He should get a sentence the same as an officer would get for the same offense!!

I agree with the defendant. We need police but I think her actions triggered everything. Besides, she didn't need to go to the hospital.
Wow, only 180 days incarcerated? And he probably won't do the whole 6 months. And this jwrk obviously has a God complex sort of. Think he should received at least 2 years prison time.

It was not a lawful order ,to sit ! She assaulted him ! She had no reason to grab him ! We do not have to sit like a dog ! She needes to face charges for attacking him !
I just heard the defendant say he was hit first. He knew there was a video of that entire ordeal. He had over a year to craft a decent lie or just fall on the sword and admit this was all his fault and take his lickings. But no, he still chose to try and put the blame on the officer who was just doing her job. So now half the inmates will praise him....and the other half will r-pe him.
Well, after all we're living in a crooked system with spiritual wickedness sitting in high places of authority.
This was a result of her own doing !
