Not that amazing. Still working for a paycheck at the end of the day, with huge tax deductions 😂. Self employment is where it's at not being a lapdog in an NHS organisation.
It was extremely helpful and fantastically well presented. If the budget is there for better lighting and a microphone then don’t be surprised if this becomes the gold standard presentation on Clinical Governance.
I've just written to our head of school to suggest that nursing students have a facility to 'talk' to each other about academic matters using new technology. I needed a gold standard example to show her what I meant.....and this video is exactly the sort of thing I was thinking of. Brilliant. Thanks very much
We discussed clinical governance today and I was trying to find more information...but couldn't, one that make good sense...till I saw this video. Thanks millions👍
Thanks for this brilliant and very understanding video Can you make a short video on IRMER that is ionisation radiation medical exposure regulations and IRR ionising radiation regulations explaining it and the changes since 2000 to 2018 Thanks
Not really true. The patient has always the option to interact with the NHS organisation. For instance, openness and transparency are one of the pillars (results of each individual surgeons are readily available). In case of incidents or problems, the patient may present a complaint quite easily. If there is a mistake, the Duty of Candour mandates any NHS worker to report it and the organisation have to inform the patient, apologises and keep them in the loop about the measures that have been put in place to avoid any recurrence. Regards
I managed to land a Band 7 Lead Theatre Nurse job thanks to this video! Thank you so much! 😊

All this is theoretical. In reality NHS trusts become cesspools dominated by the few divas at the top. There is 0 BME representation at the top.
