The best part of this is seeing that there is a meticulous owner/engineer at the root of these products. Much respect to this company.

I’ve been doing research on lift pumps for my 07.5 6.7L Cummins. Naturally the decision came down to Fass vs. Airdog. Watching these videos made that decision easy. I have not found any videos of any other company comparing their product to the competition, which leads me to believe the results of the testing I’m sure they’ve performed wasn’t favorable for them. Which probably sparked the idea of sales via marketing and sponsorships rather than quality.

Hey Austin, thanks for reaching out. We appreciate that, and are happy to answer any questions you might have about a system for your Cummins.
We enjoy sharing product comparisons and 3rd party testing data as much as possible-the proof is in the numbers!

I did my research between the FASS and Air Dog systems. I was really impressed with your videos showing your system vs the competition. Talked to some of my diesel buddies, all of them said FASS & don’t even think about the other one!
I’m going to clean my ‘05 F350 6.0L fuel tank and replace my fuel sending unit (due fuel gauge problems).
I’m ordering the FASS from an authorized dealer & I’m lucky to have them close to me.
I just had a head gasket issue and did a lot of work done including new injections installed. I want my truck to be dependable.
So there’s no reason not to go with the FASS system.
Thanks for all you do making your videos!

Ive been comparing lift pumps for about a week now for my '03 Cummins. And between this video and your video about Carhartt, i know im making the right decision with FASS. An american company with a true patriot at the helm, Who isnt afraid to say what 81 million of us are thinking. Not to mention the staggering difference in quality. Even Stevie Wonder could see that. Its sad to see the RUclips influencers sell out to a product for sponorships, freebies, invitations and the like, and not to a Quality product with a very transparent company....Keep up the awesome work guys, Youve earned another loyal customer!

Awesome products.. my DDRP #34343 has finally started its death run after many.. many.. many.. years of running after its 4 year warrently, flawlessly. So I went ahead and ordered the replacement pump for it.. Also I do recommend the pump relocation kit, converting it from an engine block sucker to a pusher which in turn makes it last longer then its warrenty.

I just added a HSM fuel filter conversion kit to my 2020 Ford Powerstroke. The spin on filter had a decal over it with HSM on it--I removed it and what did I find? It was a FASS FF-2002 fuel filter!

I’ve been impressed with the Titanium signature series FASS TS F17 220GPH. Before I installed this Fass pump. My truck 2011 F250 6.7 powerstroke would always be dropping out with reduced power with no codes. Yes running factory Ford lift pump and filters. Just this passed summer I finally get a code for CP4 failure and I go to replace the CP4 pump and it’s completely wore out. The main thing I looked at when I replaced the CP4 is that it looked like it was exposed to air and lack of fuel with the factory pump. No water damage. After replacing the CP4 pump I drove with factory for a month and had the reduced power about 7 times in less then a month so I ended up replacing the factory pump with a new factory pump. The new factory pump only lasted roughly 25k mile and started the reduced power. Note I had already tried replacing filters on factory pump yet it would still drop out with reduce power. Which before I was replacing every 10k on factory filters and replacing pump every 30k. Did it 3 time over the passed 90k.
I finally broke down and bought this Fass after that month and installed it with a sump on my tank and the H&S secondary filter to replace all factory filters and pump. Never again will I believe that I wasn’t starving for fuel and pushing air.
I am more confident I will have a million mile truck now. That’s if the tunes don’t take out my crank bearings. And I’m roughly 20k into running the new Fass and just ordered the filter replacement kit that should cover me until summertime. I would say I’m definitely going to see what the pump will provide with my CP4pump only because I had just replaced it tho it did have some use on the factory pump. 🤷🏽‍♂️ will see. I haven’t had any problems or bad sounds. I would say it’s definitely a must to add a ball valve or a cut off valve to those running a sump system because changing the filters might be a challenge but I’ll get one before to long. O yes I do run a extreme diesel CP4 bypass kit to prevent any failures. Tho I’ve heard it really doesn’t matter because the rail return is connected to the same return coming from the mechanical fuel side of the CP4. It would be nice if Fass could redesign a CP4 pump. 💁🏽‍♂️but I know there are bigger issues out there then us Fords. 😂

I have never applied for sponsorship for a FASS but I know for a fact that as time has gone by I have been able to experience the benefits of Fass and the short comings of the competition Ive even interviewed one of FASS reps at Diesels in the Swamp here in Florida a few yrs ago on my RUclips channel not only asking for the camera but afterwards I spoke a little more in depth with them and the Technology in the FASS pumps is plain and simply AMAZING there is no Money , Contract or "" Freebie "" that any other Competitor can offer me for my Channel that would #1 change my opinion #2 why would I miss represent anything to any of my Viewers ( Thats horrible because it will come back and bite you in the rear ) plus you would lose the trust and bond you have created with your Viewers and social media Followers. I will run Fass on my 96 F350 Dually with 250/200 on a BW 467.7 and I will run Fass on the Pro Mod Build 97 F250 and any other Diesel project that may come in the future will also run Fass on it. Therefor If ive said it once Ive said it a million times FASS FOR THE WIN 100% from yours truly Po Boy at Po Boys Diesel RUclips Channel

Thanks for the info. Great Video. Quick question. With the Great Reputation CAT 2 micro filters have, what is your opinion on the CAT Filter 1R-0750 compared with the equivalent Fass filter and what is your Fass Fuel filter number to replace the CAT 1R-0750? Does your system break a manufacture vehicle warranty on a new 6.7l cummins? Thanks Guys

    • @FASSFuelSystems
      @FASSFuelSystems  2 года назад +1

Hey Max, thank you for reaching out and we will be happy to help! The FASS XWS-3002 is rated at 2 microns absolute, and when combined with our PF-3001 will remove over 99% of the contaminants from the fuel. Also, great question about the warranty! Our system shouldn't void your factory warranty, but we do suggest reaching out to the dealership you purchased the truck from, and make sure just because there can be some discrepancies between dealers. We also have a link here for the system suggested for your truck. fassride.com/shop/product/shop-category/2021-2022-6-7l-24v-cummins/titanium-signature-series-diesel-fuel-lift-pump-100gph-dodge-cummins-5-9l-6-7l-2005-2018/

I have a 2006 chevy duramax 2500hd I pull a 49 foot toyhuller at 65000 miles it started derating low fuel rail pressure I put the 100 gallon an hour fass pump on it and so far I've pulled my camper twice on the same trip and no more problems, the only thing I don't like about the fass is the mounting bracket and where it's located so I built my own bracket and mounted it in the fram where the rocks and mud snow can't hit it and if your hit broadside it's not going to be ripped off outside of that it's great

New to diesels, was looking at a VSE before I saw your videos. Gonna do some more studying but one question. You stated a couple times of good fuel? What is your unofficial findings of the best or most consistent fuel quality and where, regular stations or large highway truck stops? I’ve heard good and bad about both. Many tks.

My Fass lift pump quit buzzing sound when key is on. Started about 8 months after a full delete install. U think it’s bad wiring, relay, fuse or hopefully not the pump itself ? But it still seems to have good power on #5 tune. Got new fuel filters for it but if pump don’t turn on it won’t fill up the filter w fuel will it ?
