Chile Relleno Spanish Tortilla- At Home Recipe- Delicious Tortilla Topped with Homemade Salsa

- Don't let the name tortilla fool you. A Spanish tortilla is an open faced omelette that has potato and onions and is absolutely delicious. One of the classic dishes Brian makes at home is a chile relleno, so what better ingredients to use in his tortilla than the poblano peppers and all the cheese. This is a great meal that you can enjoy any time of day. Don't forget the delicious salsa on top!
Ingredients used- potatoes, serrano peppers, tomatoes, poblano peppers, red bell peppers, salt, black pepper, white onion, garlic, yellow onion, cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, eggs, butter

Brian I love to cook with poblano peppers. They have some heat but when you cook them the heat is a little milder. When they're dried they turn into Ancho chili's. Very nicely done.
