- Rounding out Brian's cajun kick, he went out with a bang by making a big pot of Gumbo. Gumbo is a soup that has meat, fish and the Creole "Holy Trinity", which is bell peppers, onions and celery. Give this one a try and your family will be super happy!

Ingredients Used- okra, onions, olive oil, carrots, celery, tomatoes, red bell pepper, salt, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, water, beef bone broth, beef bouillon, thyme, sage, bay leaves, gumbo file, creole seasoning, cajun sausages, butter, flour, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, cod, crab, shrimp

Brian gets an award for acting like he has added the garlic! LOL, love it! The Cajun sausage, was it Andouille? My favorite sausage there is! But I am not a great fan of gumbo. When I was editing the video I had to ask him if he really pretended to throw the garlic in there 😂. Of course that had to stay! Brian’s gumbo was hearty and had a kick. He made enough for the army so we enjoyed it for days! -S
