As a 50-year old just getting into calisthenics your videos are great. You explain all the progressions really well for a beginner.
Great to hear!
another move covered from a-z. great tutorial, paul!
Glad you liked it! Thanks again
This move is really difficult (for me). Thanks for going slowly and including lots of small/minor progression steps along the way. As always - great content!
Thank you, You're very welcome!
Well, just learned I can do an L-sit using the arms of my desk chair. Very hard to straighten my legs due to inflexibility. Hope no one at work sees me!
Awesome content man! I thought I was stuck but you gave me some ways to get over the hump!
Glad I could help!
Paul is the handstanders bible dudes, Mis dieses, respect!💪
When I am in a straddle L-sit, getting my legs even slightly unglued from my arms seems impossible, even though I have had the press HS for a couple of years now. The Stalder press just seems like it would be a whole different world. I can now do the pancake as soon as I get out of bed in the morning, so I don't think that's an issue. I probably just need more planche strength.
What an amazing channel. Make an e book
Thank you! It’s time, I put all my energy into the videos, my app and online clients
Ciao Paul..... complimenti. Dove hai comprato questi box di plastica?
These are from IKEA and are great for training
One of the exercises I hate are the hip flexor leg lifts. My flexors love to cramp up.
Yes those are horrible but fun to teach when I run a workshop 😂
You need some strength for this, but still the key part is flexibility
