Been doing bar work for a good while, struggling with progressions and (after avoiding it for a long time), started on the rings recently. And, as expected, it's HARD! And that's just the stability hold "home" position! 🙂 Renewed, big respect for gymnasts for things like holding crucifixes, etc! Thanks for this. I'm going to go back to basics a bit, been trying to progress too quickly and can feel lots of complaints in shoulders and arms.

How much can I get away with not buying chalk? I keep Losing my false grip when attempting front felge
I didn't use chalk in this video including the Muscle Up routine, however I have taped my rings which helps. Worth working on your False Grip flexibility as that reduces the need for chalk.
