I had already read an article back in 2019 before the c8 came out that a twin-turbo with 1000 hp was already tested. The biggest problem was the rear glass was cracking due to body flex. This is old news to me.

Gm sales are in the Stingray and the upcoming Grand Sport. The e Ray, ZO6, ZR1/ZORA are the special edition cars. Tho the power is awesome for bragging .....we really didn't want nothing extra but that widebody . the Stingray is so damn wonderful and fast right out the box. And don't even speak of the cost in tires. From burning out. Because that's all you can do. As a law abiding citizen
If they're doing it, they need to bring it. Like 1150hp on the ground, sub 10:20 etc. Be the be all, end all.
The problem I have is the GM usually plays by the rules and if they say it’s 1000hp it will be just that😳………while Ferrari, Lamborghini will be more than advertised like merc, bmw and the rest of the no American cars do! 😒🤷🏽♂️
I haven't been keeping up recently, but I'm just thinking about power. ZR1 will be TT, so is +200hp reasonable over the z06? Let's say it is and the zr1 will have 870hp. And the e-ray electric motors take base stingray from 495 to 655hp which is +160hp. And 870+160hp is 1030hp for zora. Basically, once we know zr1 hp, we can pretty confidently know what zora hp will be right? Since we just add 160? Zora all just depends on how crazy they go with the zr1

Zr1 will be i00-900 hp the zora will be 1000-1100 hp 800 -900 motor and 200 -300 hp front electric motors

I am speculating and hoping that the ZORA will be a ZR1 variant released at the same time. I would love if they made it a one-year production vehicle like they did with the C7 ZR1 and then went right into the C9 from there…If I could get one. 🤞

I remember when the c8 first came out and GM was talking about how they were trying to get more people especially younger people to buy the new Vette since most guys are over the age of 65. They were bragging about how the "cheap' price of $59,995 was going to attract new customers LOL. I remember the cheapest sticker price of the 2020 c8's were like $85k and up and most were being sold at $125k-$135k. GM is a fukn joke. I use to work for a Pontiac dealer here in Vegas yrs ago. I quit because I didn't want to be a part of all of their crooked scams. I worked in the parts dept and body shop and had about 4 job titles. I could write a book about the scams a dealership aka stealership does.

This is literally going to be the American Ferrari Enzo! If it's going to be putting out over a thousand horsepower it makes sense it would be in the $400,000 range. Doesn't matter if its $400,000 or $200,000 I couldn't afford either one rn.

I hate wings with a passion, so it's nice to see and hope a spoiler being used. All-in-all, I love this car. All of the C8 models.
I heard the reveal next month for the ZR1 is just telling people when the actual car will be revealed in 25 and it will be a 26 model because of interior changes

yes it does in a production vehicle that will be mass produced and come with a manufacture warranty.

I saw where a new rear and front wing for the ZR1 and I suppose the ZORA will be used and it automatically adjusts and tilts with MPH

We knew they had to start testing Zoras at some point. These may well be Zoras that have the simple camo wrap like the ZR1's without special wheels that we would expect. If that is true, I'm disappointed. I had hopes that the Zora would be the last big cheese of the C8 line and would be much more distinctive with maybe different taillights if not different front and rear bodywork. Maybe they are Zora innards in a ZR1 shell...let's hope.
Ford has an atomic bomb in the works with a special edition Ford GT for the final middle finger.
