- In the thirteenth part of the Savage Chopper series, I’m finishing the king and queen seat by doing the upholstery.
In this video series I'm trying to take a stock Suzuki LS650 Savage from 1995 and transforming it from a regular old motorcycle into a chopper.

Great video! I love how dedicated you are to making everything yourself. It looks like you had to do a lot of sewing for this one 😅 I'm excited to see it on the bike 🙌
Thank you very much!
Yes, I did use a couple of hundred meters of thread. 😅 But it was a fun learning experience!
Top Mark's. That isn't an easy task . Even covering a standard seat with a new cover can be a pain if it's not pulled in the right directions in the right places . And kudos with that glue it's a real pain using contact spray adhesive it seems to want to go everywhere you don't want it to ..nice work with the sewing machine ..
Thank you! ✌️
I could probably have gone with an easier seat model for my first try, but it turned out ok I think.
Both of those glues were a real pain to work with. Super sticky and getting every where but where you want it. But I'm not sure what else to use. And I guess glue is supposed to be sticky. 😂
Sewing machines really is a different beast to tame. Much respect to people who actually know how to sew!
Awesome!
Thank you! ✌️
Damn, you are talented!
I don’t know about that, I try my best. But thank you very much for your kind comment! 🙏
you started with the hardest type of seat to cover the rest will be easy
That's comforting! Saw that you do I fair amount of sewing as well! Ever attempted a seat?
@@HeavyMetalParkingSpot just finished my fourth one.
@@midmountaincustoms Wow! That's awesome!

Yeah, it's not the comfiest seat ever, but you look pretty cool on it. 😉
Schweißpunkte und Schweißnähte sehen katastrophal aus, der ganze Hocker hält nur durch Kleber und Schaumstoff zusammen
Sorry, my German is pretty bad. But you might be right, time will tell! 🤠

I'm sorry! I felt the need to change things up a bit. But it is very much possible that the hand will be back again! 🤘
@@HeavyMetalParkingSpot Thanks for the promising answer... 🤩 The hand is important in the game for the chopper throne! 😉
May the hand be with us ...🤘🏻
