Welcome back to Kels and John and to another Disney vlog! Join Kelsey for a quick little Friday night trip in to Disney's Magic Kingdom! Upon arrival, I check out the new facial recognition system at the park's entrance then I'm greeted by Mickey and Minnie Mouse at the Main Street Train Station. Spend the evening with me as I sample a very special Easter treat from the Main Street Confectionary, ride Astro Orbiter at sunset, hop on Peter Pan's Flight, Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise, then take a leisurely stroll up Main Street USA in Disney's Magic Kingdom - all in 2 hours!

My career was in I.T. (I’m retired now). We used to brainstorm back in the 90s about the use of biometrics and seeing it come to pass is interesting. It seems it could be tricky as not all people have fingers (for print scans), eyes (retina scans), etc, etc. Face shape, however, seems like a common factor for everyone. And it would be a two-factor thing (face shape AND wrist band/card scan). This is so interesting, especially with face masks right now. When I was a WDW employee working the gates in 1979 it was pretty simple. Haha, we used to paint the glow-in-the-dark ink on our faces (used for re-entry at night) and put our faces by the black-light to make people laugh. We had so much fun, even working! 😂 Things continue to evolve, even at Disney. Thank you for sharing!

Lovely evening at MK! So good to see my faves back!! I love the apples but sometimes they are so rich! its def a sharable snack I'd say! it was definitely something being in haunted mansion with an empty queue, it hit different lol. I will always stan shopping with Kelsey, even when its just window shopping! tend to do more windowshopping than regular shopping myself, haha!
Astro orbiters at sunset are now on my disney bucket list! So nice to spend a quiet Sunday by myself unexpectedly catching up on your adventures. Thank you for shipping some magic back to cold NY
