So, the players got their "player coach" a few years, ago. Yeah, the mean guy they replaced went somewhere else (Vegas?) and completed his mission elsewhere. So, what's wrong with this one? Of course, none of the game results have anything at all to do with effort by the players and that includes conditioning. From a strict business analysis perspective one can just bring up the toppers on the salary scale chart and call them out. After all, when they are up for a contract, they are the very best at what they do, yeah? In fact, the team just went through that with Swayman (who saw 6 goals zing past him before the 2nd period was completed). Why is it wrong to bring out that salary chart and put it to them the way they put it to the team when looking for those top dollars that constrict making other moves? And what's particularly strange is that they have a few who are up for new contracts that have been so horrible...the team could replace them with anyone and get the same results. So, what is all this really all about? Is it: 1) we want a new coach because we just do 2) we still want more money 3) we are really not very good and require a distraction or two whilst those inflated checks keep rolling in? Did I miss one? So, after they get EVERYTHING they want, what next? Right now, the Boston Bruins could flip teams with the Providence Bruins and improve in many areas. 🤔
Bruins are playing to expectation if you actually know hockey. The team isn't a contender and needs several adjustments/moves made. Coaching change will do NOTHING to help and would be idiotic to let him go. We need to dump Coyle and McAvoy bc they are worth half their contracts in value brought to the team. I love both players, but we could pay 3-4 (maybe even more) with that amount of cap and actually get a return for it.
@@tatxemmcavoy may need a change of scenery at this point... but he just looks so lost and so mediocre. I'd rather see 9 mil in a forward and turn things over to Hampus on PP1
He should have been canned after the playoffs last season. His horrible playoff coaching is terrible. Two years in a row he's made stupid personal decisions.
@@Triton63 I totally agree. He inherited a great team for Bruce Cassidy and screwed it up, not once not twice but now three years in a row. He’s a horrible coach. Mixing the lines up in the middle of a game you never know who’s playing with who and there’s no consistency.can his sorry ass
Sweeney & Neely should be on the hot seat. It's the players, not coaching, just ask Marchand & Pastrnak. If Montgomery gets fired, it'll be their 3rd coach that they've gone through (Julien, Cassidy). Go after Mike Sullivan when Pitt fires him.
We have no voice , we have no leadership, Marchand is not a captain and Monty shuffles the lines every game , Poitras , fredirick, geekie , jones , are useless
Bring aboard Tyler Johnson, give Fabian Lysell a chance, deBrusk got Cassidy fired they bring n Mont(Baldy) who has lost to tha Panthers twice n 2 yrs Sway got paid but of course looks like crap b/ he missed all training & pre plus u know how these dudes r once they get paid its downhill n performance just look @ exhibit A-Dak Prescott Baldy has lost the locker room period after that bust up w/ Marchy 😅EVERY PART OF THEIR GAME RIGHT NOW LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE there isn’t a single positive aspect about this team it’s beyond perplexing SOMETHING has 2 b done before it’s too late maybe fire Baldy fire Sweeney & Neely too clean house set some ultimatums n that f%%^*n dressing room NOW
How utterly useless is #27. On for both against. Doesn't block shots doest touch a single opponent and falls down alot. Thier dfence is beyond pathetic

Jones and Keefe did not work at night. What makes you think it will work during the day?
Jay Leach will be the head coach in a week, after seeing the mess against Carolina.
Bruins need Mike Milbury back as head coach he be a PERFECT Fit for this team.
they float that out there to get the players to play for him and yeah the coach will probably go first even if it isn't his fault. and it isn't
He won't be fired before Christmas.
Dude...it's Snickers all the way. One candy bar beats it... Sweet Marie!

mcavoy is a star dman, regardless of his play so far. I agree with letting coyle go, he is a complete ghost to this team

No one is going to take those contracts.

True, the team isn’t as talented as it could be or once was,, but the players on the roster are simply not responding or respecting the coach.
well that sounds like player problem, not coach.
Sweeney needs to try giving Monty actual talent to work with around Pasta, Marchy E Lindholm. No more bush leaguers. They lose tonight he is gone
Penguins and Bruins just trade coaches. Easy.

This isn't coaching, the team isn't talented enough
