I loved this video! I think one of Jamaica's biggest issue in business is customer service and I usually blame the owner of said business. I wonder how theyre treating their employees for them to feel ok disrespecting customers and why have they not put a stop to it. So Kudos to you for biting the bullet and ensuring that your good customer service prevails. Ive always told people, you have to BELIEVE in what youre doing because THAT is what will help you through the hard times. Big up for seeing your business through to the other side of that 5 years! Owners who put up with it a lot because they probably “can’t be bothered” with hiring new staff. Customer service is so important to me and I know how bad it is in jamaica, I’ll literally not go back to a business because of that. I don’t want anyone doing same to ours.
