As a PM, you tend to wear many hats, and this becomes even more true at a startup, as you are involved in everything - including product marketing. Natalie Also I did notice your schedule that day was full and it looked like most of what was filmed was your first meeting of the day. Which I thoroughly enjoyed! And not hating on the short(er) videos at all because from what we can all see by watching your videos you’re a very busy lady so I’m not trying to disrespect your time in anyway. But maybe there is a possibility that you could film your full day Monday through Friday or even just one day of the week. 8-9 hours of footage and just send in the footage to your editor. Or hire maybe an editor that can take that work load on and also one who can understand your vision of what you want in the Vlog and what can’t be in the vlog but could possibly be sped up and put music over it, that might help the process of daily vlogging or weekly vlogging. I know that is expensive though so I’m not expecting it I’m just thinking of solutions. Because I definitely am curious and really do want to see more of your scheduled work week meetings and all that even if you can’t put in everything that your investors, or people you have meetings with say, may be just putting in what you say or just speeding it up and putting music over it. I don’t know it’s fun to me to watch those kind of things but that could just be me😂 because I saw at the beginning of the video you wrote on the screen you had like six or eight things on your agenda that day but I feel like we only really saw one meeting which I understand you can’t always share everything but maybe you could film what was going on and put on the screen the gist of what’s happening in texted out words. Or you could describe it after like you have been at the end of the Vlog. I’m mostly just saying this because I’m very curious about the difference between investors and founders and then when you say cofounders you’re talking about your company but then when you talk about other founders it’s about other companies. I don’t know maybe it’s just cause I’m not well-versed in this subject of owning a company so I’m just asking dumb questions 🤣 but I do think that would be cool to have like a 40 minute Vlog some time 😅😅 if that’s not asking too much. But I understand if it is so don’t come for me 😅🤣

Especially because I am in college right now and eventually want to have something along these lines and it just is so inspiring to watch. Whomever you were talking to is trying to sway you from UGC but it seems what you are looking to utilize is UGC, your USER"S experience. And as she said you need to build that community in 2023. I hope you do! I've emailed & tried connecting with Natalie for years & even though she says she reads her messages & responds, I've never gotten a reply. Listen to your users, those who really want to help & see you succeed, and utilize user content.
