When I lived on Grosse Ile years ago...I used to fly my Piper Aztec PA-23-F from (KONZ) to (KMCD) often on weekends. Mackinac Island is absolutely beautiful and a National Treasure.

I agree with you 💯! Flying into Mackinac Island never gets old. I’d do it every weekend if I could. Our pilot was definitely solid. We meet for the first time right before taking off and within a few moments, I knew we’d have a good trip. Always good to have a great crew to fly with. Super thorough yet chill. I love how good training allows CRM to flow so smoothly even with people you have just meet. Thanks for watching!

Funny I was helping a friend house shop and we were looking at a place in a development to the NW of your dev along the Lackawana Trail. I saw the pattern traffic, and after viewing the house, we drove to Griffith Field, and I was so impressed with the field, I looked it up on RUclips and found your channel.
That’s so neat. Probably the first time I’ve had someone find my channel by looking at properties in the area. I actually live just south of the airport. Love the area and enjoy all the trails as well. Hope you enjoy the videos and maybe I’ll see you around the airport sometime.

I could literally go to Mackinac Island every weekend and never get tired of it. Just love it. Definitely shoot me a text when you’re coming through. Not sure I’ll be able to make it to the conference but at least we could maybe grab lunch as you pass through. Stay in touch!
