mirrored world sounds like a fun way to do a casual playthrough and have it be kinda new.
It might be the only way to feel like the first time we played the game. Not exactly the same but pretty close
i would do this as a kid a lot in jak 2 and 3; mirroring the world periodically and whenever i felt used to it i’d turn mirror world off, and the cycle repeats

Imagine, after mindlessly completing the game multiple times, as if on auto-pilot, relying on muscle memory, using the same exploits and going in the same directions the same way over and over again, this game must be incredibly bizarre to a speedrunner who expects everything in its original location only to find out they were going the wrong way the whole time.
The big head mode just adds to the insanity.
My brain is literally screaming this entire playthrough, everything is so twisted. My sense of direction is destroyed.
The music is exactly what I've wanted to hear for years and its as terrible as I expected I love it
NGL, wish mirrored world was original game.... shit if new games made NG+ mirrored, it'd be unreal the playability

At 1:27:38 its mentioned jak would need a Duke xbox controller. Funnily I own a Duke controller that my father changed the Xbox logo to a picture of jak and daxter.

Not gonna lie, mirrored mode is one of those mindfricks that never end. First you're mind fricked by everything being flipped around and then when you change it back to normal you get mind fricked again if you played long enough to get sorta used to the flipped world.

Jak 2/3 are a bit weird in mirrored world mode, but this is really disorienting for some reason.
