It would be very thin if you use a 13x9 inch pan. You could double the recipe. Yes, these are more like cake texture brownies.

Looks likevto me 4oz of cream cheese would be enough for a 8x8 dish. I'm going to make this bit I'm going too use 4oz of cream cheese in mine . I saw someone make this using 4oz of cteam cheese just seems like that would be enough for sn 8x8. It sure looks good if mine don't turn out then I kn it needs the whole block. I think they used 1/2 cup powder sugar 1/2 stck of butter and 1/2 tsp vanilla with a dask of salt we shall see. Tks for making video.
