Full House Demolition- How to Get Started

These days, most land/lots that are desirable places on which to live already have homes built on them. Sometimes we find that these homes were built and designed poorly. When this happens, it is important to look at what is wrong or missing in the home; so we ask, “Are these things worth fixing?”
If the home has bad bones, or if it has a design that is causing the house to leak or have issues that are dangerous to the people living in the home, then it may not be worth saving the home and can be more cost effective to start over.
With this home we found many issues that were not worth fixing. When the things you are fixing become interior and exterior problems it needs to be looked at and considered what are the best options.
