I've been wanting to do this on my 28T Contender since I bought it two years ago. I even installed the four rod holders on the bow in almost the exact same places. I could get the canvas cut easy enough, but the project came to a grinding halt because I couldn't find the right polls and rope system to keep it tight. I finally gave up. Now I saw this. My only problem is that I don't have a hard T-top over my console to attach those connectors. Might there be an option for those that can be attached to traditional aluminum tube T-tops? If so, set me up!!

Yes, we can use a strap with a buckle that goes around the t-top bar
What matirial are you using for the shade? Can you do Sunbrella?
