I'll be graduating as an MD in a little over a year and my debt is going to be a fraction of what you said. It is possible to go to Med school without being crushed by debt.

Yes. But remember just live like a broke student for 2 or 3 years and you can crush your debt. Make a roth for retirement early as possible since you'll be behind your peers. However, you'll skyrocket pass them just a few years out of Residency.

Thanks for your video! Congrats! Would you recommend CNA or EMT for being most qualified in ICU and hospitalist PA roles after PA school?
Honestly, either are fine. While very different, PA school itself and rotations is where you will obtain the bulk of your medicine knowledge-base which is what will prepare you for whatever field you choose to go into afterward, whether it is ICU or hospitalist. Also, both of these positions will train you in a way to prepare you for the role.
