My buddy had one , an orange color . Killer mini. I got a Taco 22 3 hp. we rode those bikes all over Orange county , santa ana ca in the late 60's. Great memories
VERY sweet bike !!!! What year is the motor? I just bought a 3hp B&S date coded 1969....and need a new fuel tank ...and i prefer this one over the new part number....do you know what part number YOUR fuel tank is in your vid here ?
Can this be described as a moped ? Could I ride it down the side of the road ? It looks cool. I like the high handle bars but I would have to tie that cable closer to the frame.
Nothing from the hardware store on that, Its a custom exhaust tip for an old aircooled vw, I modified the hot dog muffler to press fit into the exhaust tip after I cut the inlet side of the tube down tot he length I wanted.
I like flatheads I'd rather have a overhead bow once you have that one of those you'll you'll save yourself why am I doing this the carburetors are so finicky on them flatheads😮

Love the ape hangar handle bars, beautifully restored, the little strait pipe exaust is awesome, nice work.
We're the ape hangars on the MT bike originally? I hat a Cat mininike back in the 70s.
that velocity stack works great for catchlng dirt from back tire .
For real. My guess is this is a garage queen and never ridden, otherwise that's premature engine death with no filter.
@@Hjerte_Verke ya , too pretty to be ridden . lol .

In the 60's-70's these were marketed as street legal,
you had to insall a light kit.
Overall
The best looking mini bike ever.
Mickey had style!!!!
To be fair, if you're wearing shorts and a t shirt, it's not really a cold start. Come to Canada in March.
Hey Mark....is that Mickey bike for sale??
Where did you find the little carburetor Chrome filter for the carburetor on the motor
What type of airfilter is that i need one for my raptor engine to work on my minibike thks
What have you done to it to make it fast
Hey, whats up

Steini
May i know the fuel consumption or mileage?
Can you tell me the model number of the engine? I have the exact engine can’t find the model number anywhere
The number should be on the left side top half of the pull start cover sometimes the numbers are full of paint and hard to read.
80202 is a common one
Will it spin the tore
where did you find the exhaust and the velocity stack? I like those!
I made them both, parts used came from A hardware store, kitchenware store, and a VW shop :)
nice work. Id like to make one of those exhausts. can you tell me what parts you used from the hardware store? thanks.

@@MarkusMadeMotorworks A hotdog muffler should have a more deep throaty sound.,...not tyrekicking , just saying..Trev New Zealand

Doodlebugs came with either the 3 or 4, I wanted to keep it original.
