Love this video! I've been stuck with long tail cast on for a long time....glad to see these different techniques that Yarnspirations treats as their "standard"! Glad your back!!
I have always struggled with casting on so I usually give up and pick up the crochet hook!😅 Thank for the video and the laughs. Glad I’m not the only one that starts over multiple times ❤
I have been going look at some cast on you save me some time thank you and the one by one rib is the one I need to know I have got a hat like the one you showed to do
Originally the method i used was the two needles method which i learnt at school many years ago. Then after a long time i used the long tail cast on which i find a lot easier and whatever is left on the tail part I use that to sew up the garment as well.
I have been trying to learn to knit for about a year now and I can knit flat but for some reason I can’t knit in the round to make a hat I screw it up every time! But I’m still not giving up thanks for all your advice and help! Much love
I love your commentary! It’s so true!😂😂❤
Thanks for persevering to show us these techniques.
Wow! Learned 1x1 Rib Cast-on! Thank you, Mikey🎉

Thank you. This cast on is interesting and when I knit a hat I'll try this. You're awesome

I'm going to stick with methods that do not require me to knit my cast on. I'm cool with twisting my wrist hundreds of times
