You are an acellent teacher. I like your crochet tutorials as well. First time used the circular needle and DPN. Also did the long tail cast on for the first time. Great instructions. 👍🏽👍🏽

I love your knitting channel. I am a new knitter , after crocheting , you have inspired me to learn to knit and I made a beanie. And working on my first sweater for beginners and I am enjoying it. I’m also making a hat but I have not started that yet. I’m also working on a scarf so I have a few projects in the works.

Thank you so much for your tutorial Mikey! It helped me so much and now I have a beautiful hat/beanie with a pom pom. Your video is so clear and easy to follow and I love your sprinkles of humour throughout.❤

I love your tutorials...You explain new techniques so well and so easy for others to understand....with double pointed needles if you put the needle that you just worked with under the new needle it is easier to work that first stitch ..I hope I explained that right. I have learned so much from you...Thank you so much !

Thank you for this tutorial. I bought several O Go's on clearance and now knitting them up for a charity . And I hate double points.

I love your tutorials. I am in the same club when it comes to using double pointed needles. Feels awkward. But we push through as we go along. I also love the step by step method of explaining each row or round. Your videos are very helpful.

Love this pattern. I am ordering the yarn tomorrow from Joann and get the same color. My son loved purple. Thank you for showing us.

Hi. I am new to your channel via Krafting kitty. I'm making the fairisle hat for her December giveaway. As a very experienced knitter, it is very interesting to see your progress. One suggestion I have for you is to consider to include this information before you start the tutorials: The weight of the yarn and the size needles you are using. Then the viewer doesn't have to download the pattern and look that up before watching the tutorial. It helps me to decide if I want to do a project when I know the yarn specifics. Thanks for listening!

DPNs are intimidating and it took me a long time to get brave enough to try them but after learning I've decided I love them. I found that the aluminum DPNs slip and slide too much but love the bamboo ones as they grip just enough. If you worry about stitches slipping off you can put those point protectors on the ones you aren't using. Give it a try I love my socks and hats that I wear.

I have not had good luck with DPNs. I'm a new knitter too. I find magic loop technique is easier than DPNs. I switch to a longer cable when I get to the decreasing.

I love that one O'Go gives you 2 hats. I haven't tried DPNs yet, but I'm living vicariously through your learning and you've improved so much. TFS! ❤

Hi Mikey. I've knit many sweaters and blankets but I've never made a hat. I'm allergic to the DPNs! I must get past this one day soon. You are doing really well. Thanks for the tutorial.

I am making a scarf out of this yarn and have a second skein which I DEFINITELY use to make the hat! It will be my first ever knit hat! Question what length DPN is 6 inch okay or should i just get the 8inch ones?

When knitting in the round I always always use a stitch marker to show where the round starts. Can't count the number of mistakes I made before I learned that lesson.

How do you drop the extra loop at the end of round 2 with the A color?

Loveyour tutorial. Only comment is you are knitting too tightly. Ease up your tension just a bit and you will not struggling as much 😁

dpns work better if you use bamboo not the slick ones stitches dont keep sliding off
