  • This new plant in Rochester, New Hampshire, will produce 3D woven composite parts using RTM technology for aircraft engine parts. The first application will be fan cases and fan blades for CFM International's LEAP engine, dedicated to the next-generation single-aisle aircraft.

What can be done with these blades in the event of delamination.
Are they repaired or recycled ?

Do they have only composites here at the Rochester NH plant, or do they also have traditional materials?(inconel, titanium, ect) I work on the leap project subcontracted to GE, and im thinking of trying out new avenues of employment (I also live in NH, and would like to get rid of the hour long commute, but am skeptical of any companies right now that are solely based on leap engine-considering that Boeing has halted production on the new 737 due to software errors) Hoping they get this squared away quickly.
