Hello I'm seungha from Korea, I met Hana Cho and spent good time with her and her friends!
Thanks to her I learned a lot about university student's life in Philippines.
After this I'm going to tour around Mindanao , leaving Davao.
Thanks po!
#philippines #korean #travel
He was shocked when he was pranking the man that he is a Japanese then the man talked fluent Japanese hahaha
Bursted with laughter on that one😂
looks like that man is used talking with Japanese
@@demon6937 Davao once had the largest Japanese community in the country, mainly at Mintal. So yep.
@@ianhomerpura8937 ahh okay thanks for the info
Are you Fuji...Fujiyama? Haha did you get the reference?
Aside from people of Davao having Japanese ancestry, Davao also has the most takers of JLPT every year in the Philippines, so it is not surprising that you would encounter someone who at least have a basic grasp of the language.
holyyyy, the guy is so good in japanese! that was quite impressive!!! didn't expect that! i thought he was just playing with it, not until he speaks it fully! hana's tagalog dropped my jaws too!
Maybe he lived in Japan at some point or maybe he was a teacher. Can’t tell people’s abilities by external characteristics. Also, Seungha solved that equation without even looking haha! so impressive!
Hana speaking in 4 languages korean filipino bisaya and english..😎multi-lingual Queen.🌹🙌
He's so good in speaking japanese, didn't expect that
Imagine if even the taxi driver can speak japanese hahaha
You're talking about the man selling mangoes? Maybe he worked in Japan. Or the fact that there are Filipino-Japanese in Davao City.
Maraming japanese descendants s Davao...
Yes madaming japanese descendants sa Davao. In fact nga mas madaming nanirahang japanese noon sa Davo before world war 2
He is maybe actually a Japanese who landed in Davao when he conquered the Philippines 😂😂😂
Man, Seungha could be considered a math genius. The way he solves those math problems. Damn!
onky geniuses can enter SNU admissions there are no joke
@@mimithemeowmachine7094 true plus he studied engineering
Yes! Because they said only 1%Koreans passed in the Seoul National University if Im not mistaken.
Teach math in the Philippines.
You show those math equations to any Pinoy/PInay engineering students, don't be surprised that most of them would be able to get the correct answer. Yes, engineering students in the Philippines can go toe-to-toe with their counterparts around the world, including Seungha.
Grabi yung amazement ko pag translate ni Hana na galing si Filipino Boo sa Seoul University at Engineering yung natapos 😍🌼❤️
Nag enjoy po ako kahit hindi ko naintindihan lahat.
I am friend with her brother Joshua Cho, They live before in Pampanga and they were also very fluent in Kapampangan. We don't see each other now since they move to Davao already.
Wow. Hana really can speak Filipino with perfect Filipino accent. Amazing.
Finally, i just discovered her channel recently and I'm enjoying both of your content.
Haha that's great pp
@@filipinoboo of all the koreans here in the philippines, I think you will be a great couple with Grace. Older sister of KristyPata.
6:01 My mind was BLOWN AWAY when she started speaking in perfectly fluent Tagalog. 🤯
Seungha should collab with Jin Ho Bae as well. I'm sure their humor would clash. 🤣 Meantime, I hope more collab travel vids with Hana around Davao City.
The chaos 🤣
i love the supportive pinoy clasmate... although hindi msyado kinakausap at nakikita sa camera.. shes still there,,minsan sya pa nagvvedeo para sa vlog ni korean girl... seungha saranghae😘😘😘😘😂😂😂
I also would like to appreaciate her. She is kind. 😊
i hope you can meet more of your'e fellow korean living in the philippines dasuri, ryan, jinho and jessica lee
Seungha is one smart guy graduating one of the top universities in the world.
Korean people are very friendly and polite, thats why they are very welcome here in the philippines..enjoy and keep safe
Seungha always said yes if someone asked him if he's japanese 😆. Enjoy and safe travels Seungha. 😊🙏 ❤️
Woaaah i love how multilingual Hana Cho is
It's really cute to hear Hana Cho speaking English with Filipino accent.
That answer to the last question at the end got me. Seungha being funny again.
Hana speaks very fluent English and Filipino dialects. I am impressed. She could learn more languages and become a linguist/translator.
Hana is so nice and down to earth!
People though Seungha as Japanese and he just go along with it was funny😂
For some reason I really always enjoy your vlogs! Even better that Hana is with you
Seungha is math teacher in prestige university on Korea (SNU)👍🇵🇭🇵🇭 X his simple Korean OPPA!!
Hannah speaks Tagalog fluently . We are so PROUD OF HER ❤
Hi Seungha, actually the locals in Davao region or in davao provinces, and davao city are speaking Cebuano language or Bisaya. The Cebuano language originated in Cebu and it is widely spoken in the visayas region and mindanao region, in fact it is far more widely spoken in the Philippines than any other language.
Magaling magsalita si Hanna Cho, tagalog at bisaya . New subscriber Hanna Cho. 💖
I can see Hana is impressed you graduated from Seoul National University. That's enough to say it's the most prestigious.
I like Hana --- she's genuine Filipina Korean
Hana sounds like a local, impressive! We finally witness Seungha'sath math skills, impressive too!
Hello Seungha! I just saw one of your videos in my recommendation page (the one when you went to Batangas). You look like a regular tourist but it turns out you are a genius from SNU. We are honored here in the PH! Kamsahamnida! :D
Love this collaboration! I was excited for this and anticipating for this collab.
I just found and recently watched Hana Cho a few months ago but i can't believe you having a collab with her
Why am I really loving now your vlog?!!❤ What I love with your content is you showcases the simple things that happens in Philippines. You also respect our culture and people around you and I like that. As in, you actually exploring everything and I hope that you'll also come to a realization now that living here is not bad as what you think beforehand. More power to your vlog and I am happy that you are very good in math! Keep up the good work and stay the positivity in your content!
I knew miss Hana Cho from his brother's channel in which they teach free korean language. I love how you connect with your fellow korean here in the PH. please have a collab with miss Dasuri Choi next time . ❣️
what the heck! you solved the problem easily. saludo talaga ko sayo seungha! more vids please
Hana Cho very fluent at ugaling Pinay na. Filipino Boo is very humble and fearless to travel in our beloved Country alone. Enjoy everyone. Watching from Canada
Omg! You should apply as a teacher here in the Philippines. The way he solve those math problem was so fast.
Hanna is one of my favourite Korean RUclipsr. I'm glad you met up with her.
Anyeong haseyo Seungha, I just came from Hana channel, glad you've met. If you go to Cebu someday, look for Oppa Joon,,also a Korean who stays there for quite long time too.
Ingat lagi. More water intake.
Oh I hope you meet engineering students studying in UP, DLSU, Ateneo, and UST too! You guys can talk more about university exams and life.
Seungha, you need to meet Dasuri Choi and Jessica Lee when you are back in Manila. KristyPata can introduce you to Dasuri. And Dasuri can introduce you to Jessica.
I like the way you interact with the locals, that’s why your channel is pretty much growing, your channel was like 20k when I subscribe…. It’s now way to go 100k.😊😊😊
Someday he will beat the snobby Jessica Lee who only collabs with big RUclipsrs! 😏
Seungha, I think there was a time when the Japanese were the top tourists in Davao so some people connected to the tourism industry learned Nihongo.
Davao is called little Tokyo before during japanese invasion in the Philippines. That's why there are a lot of filipino-japaness living in davao
My 2 fave Korean youtuber collab...Sir .Seungha go look for Jessica Lee, Dasori Choi, and Sylvia Kim....and meet with them.....that'll be a fun collab im pretty sure!
Hanna is very fluent in tagalog and Visayan Language.....Shes a good dancer too! 😊😊😊
Love your vlogs! Waiting for every video. With your course from a prestigious university in Korea, I know that you'll be super rich someday. Hoping that you'll invest part of your wealth here in the Philippines. :)
Wow! You finally met the legendary Koreana youtuber from Davao City. Nice one! 😃
Take care and enjoy, Filipino Boo and Hana Cho. 😊
I was about to tell you kuya seungha to meet Hanna but the last time I watched her vlog was when she stayed on manila. Thought she was there till now but anyway Glad to see you both 🤗 AMPING MONG DUHA❤
dang! this is the first time i've watched hana cho and woah she can speak Korean, English, Tagalog and i think even Bisaya. cool! ;)
A collab with Jessica Lee or Dasuri Choi would be great.
Wow you've been here for a long time. So glad you're enjoying your stay. I havent kept track of your latest upload. Will catch up soon. Take care!
Merry Christmas, Seungha! Haha. But yes, if you say Merry Christmas Filipinos will just smile bec they understand the joke. The Christmas season really starts with ‘ber’ months. The air becomes cooler and you’ll hear Christmas music from time to time.
Seungha, let's have an island hopping in Samal!! 🤩🤩🤩
The Mango street vendor speaks Japanese 🤣. Wow!
Hana Cho not only good at Tagalog, she's quite advanced better than Philippine born people 😆.
The collaboration is good.
Better than filipino born?
@@hoyjude8902 What? Folks in the province can speak English but not Tagalog? Don't they teach Pilipino subjects in school? Did they fail in that class? This people only watch English spoken shows on TV and ignore the local shows and news in Filipino? it seems to me that you are the one who don't know what you are talking about.
This was a fun collab. Enjoyed listening to your native tongue conversation.
And yes, i think you should try to teach in the university in the Philippines. Give it a try. 🙂
Be safe.
❤❤❤ always watching your vlog boo❤
welcome back to philippines. hopefully, on your next videos you can speak and dare yourself to speak tagalog or bisaya. hihi. been watching your vlogs since day 1 :) more power!
Yaaay more collabs😍😍😍

cant wait for you to visit our place called gensan, such hot weather been supporting and watching ur vids since u visited manila

Been waiting for your vlog
Thank you for sharing your views to the world about Philippines. Hope you will always fine travelling around my country
What City are on now Seungha? I don't know if you are allowed by your government here but if you want to check hidden beautiful sceneries, come to Dipolog, then to Sergio Osmeña. It's so good and the view is so refreshing.
Omooo I’m from Gensan! I’m excited for when you visit my hometown 😊 You can try the foods in Tiongson Arcade. There’s a lot of paluto restaurants there with seafoods and BBQ. We have one of the best tasting BBQ 😊 If you go eat in Tiongson you can try Imbaw sabaw (shells soup), Sizzling bagaybay, chicharong tilapia and kinilaw na malasuge. That’s my family’s go to order whenever we eat there 😊😊 Enjoy!
Im fron Gensan.....
Can't wait for you to explore southern Mindanao...😍😍😍
You did the right thing to go back downstairs to the frond desk and report him good job❤❤❤❤❤❤
just watched the vid after watching Hana Cho's POV I like the vlog and amazed to know how good you are in mathematics Y not make a series out of it here?
looking forward to more vlogs in the channel just subscribed here!
More collab with hana cho please..kamsahamnida!
oh no, i wasn't lucky enough to see you in our university :( But still, kudos to your collab and experience with Ms. Hana Cho!!! Greetings from an engineering student haha
hi boo,
maybe aside from travel vlogging ypu might have a sideline teaching engineering subjects for extra income as well😁😁😁..
some university professors love to teach easy examples but during exams are very difficult or was not even mentioned during the lecture..imagine your teacher taught you addition or subtraction but the exam is calculus and differential equations..these are some challenges most student face, easy examples but super hard not even lectured exams..
if you plan to learn local dialects in the philippines it will quite a challenge since there are multiple dialects used differing from region or provinces..
but the most commonly used is either tagalog and you can learn bisaya (used in visayas and majority of mindanao) as well..
lastly GENSAN is famous for their TUNA, you should try KINILAW someday..
more power to your channel..
I knew it. So Smart Seungha. Seoul University!!! OMG ❤❤
Your such a GENIUS IN MATH🌹
So nice to see you collab with other content creators
You should definitely try teaching Math here in the Philippines! Even as a part-time instructor. It would be a great experience
Filipino boo since you are in Davao City you can explore a lot of beautiful place there. Try to visit Philippine Eagle sanctuary, crocodile park, Malagos garden resort and Eden resort also if you want some fun activities. From the place you are staying you can also visit Samal island where you can explore white beautiful beaches and some hidden water falls and bat caves. It’s just 30 to 45 minutes away from your place. Just a suggestion since you already visited Davao City, Mindanao. Enjoy your stay in Davao city my hometown. I hope you can explore more places in the Philippines.
Davao had a large Japanese immigrant population before WW2. Most of them left after the war, but there are still a few that remained. There's even a Japanese-language radio in Davao.
Lets go 😁🥰🥰 I hope collab with Jessica Lee hunt her 🤣 great collab with Hana choe
Your davao vids are gaining a lot of views. congratulations
Hi Boo I love watching all your vlogs❤❤❤ here in the US ( Pinay here in USA)
Amazing talaga. talino!
The portable fan would be cheaper if you order online in Shopee. But since you always travel around orderung online is not advisable too🙂. That is one of the disadvantage of buying in ukay-ukay especially if battery or electric operated. Some sellers not all are not honest🙂.
watching this vlog episode...reminds me of my college days in davao...memories keeps flashing back😂😂wwaaahhhh...MTS is part of it...(since its near our house hehehe juna subd) where i & my friends (from diffrent schools)used to practice bartending near the playground..our fave halo-halo Aling Foping(?) beside TABOAN..sooo much change inside MTS...enjoy your stay in davao sir 🤗
Telling Filipinos that you are a Japanese makes me laugh so hard HAHHAHA then you telling them that you are an actually a Korean, that's really nice. awesome vlog.
Nice! Enjoy your stay in davao😊
Wow! You’re indeed an engineering graduate. Amazing!!!
We love to see you here in Gensan 💞
finally!🤍
Ber month is the start of prepararion for Christmas. It is not the actual christmas season but more like a preparation. It is not a tradition about ber month. It just suddenly happened since year 2000 when malls started booming in the Philippines. To avoid christmas rush in december, people tend to buy christmas decors and gifts early before december. Because by december, they get so busy and have no time to prepare. That's why they prefer to do it before december so that when december comes everything is ready and no need to rush for the actual christmas season.
Wow! You even know that Gensan is Pacquiao's hometown.
Yeah 😄 bec im his fan
@@filipinoboo Oh I see. :D
@@filipinoboo Sana ma meet mo sya
OMGGG! VISIT GENSAAAAN! THAT’S MY HOMETOWWWN! ❤❤❤

Just Collab men hehe 🤗🤗🤗, Hana cho 😍💗🤩
Mentioning Fly to the Sky (Hwanhee and Brian) made my 1st gen kpop fan heart flutter
Hahaha they r good singer 😄
@@filipinoboo They definitely are! I won their Missing You album from the show Pops in Seoul way back 2003 and even my dad plays it in the stereo. Haha, I miss those days...
BTW I love watching your vlogs. It's so genuine. I'm from Baguio but currently lives in Laguna and that's why I found your channel bec I miss my hometown so much ☺️. Please take care on your travels and hope to see more collabs with other Koreans living in PH
Saranghae, Seungha ❤️
Yeayyyy. I'm also from Gensan🥳🥳🥳
nice dami ka friends kasama sa paglilibot tama yan boo for your safety 🙏
I would like to correct Hana. Gaisano mall is not just in Davao😂. Gaisano started in Cebu so it's all over Cebu, and in Mindanao, there's a lot of Gaisano Malls. Not just in Davao. Same with Rose bakeshop, there are Rose bakeshop outside Davao City as well
